Membership rules of Anhui Photographers Association

Basic conditions for applying for membership

(a) engaged in photography, have one of the following conditions:

1. There are 1 films (groups) that have won awards or been selected in national and international film exhibitions and competitions sponsored by China Photographers Association.

2.2 (group) works were selected in film exhibitions and competitions sponsored by the Provincial Photographers Association.

3.3 (group) works won prizes and were selected in film exhibitions and competitions attended by Anhui Photographers Association.

4. There are two (group) works published in national professional photography newspapers and periodicals.

5. Four (group) photographic works were published in provincial newspapers.

(two) engaged in photography teaching, theoretical research, organization workers, with one of the following conditions:

1. Engaged in photography teaching, with primary or above titles.

2. Publish 2 articles related to photography teaching and theoretical research in publications approved by the Press and Publication Administration.

3. Other contributions to photography education and theoretical research.

4. I am keen on photography organization, engaged in certain creative or research activities, and achieved certain results.

(3) Other conditions:

Attend the Anhui Branch of Beijing Photography Correspondence College for one year, or attend the photography creation class organized by Anhui Photographers Association for one year. Those who have reached a certain level in photography creation and theoretical knowledge can be used as reference conditions for joining the club.

Application procedures and application materials

1. Individuals who meet the above basic conditions and voluntarily join the Anhui Photographers Association can obtain the application form for joining the association, or download the form from Anhui Photographers' Network and fill in the application form one by one as required (or obtain the application form from the photographers associations of various cities).

2. Applicants from various cities must be signed by the group members (the photographers association of the city where they are located) and stamped with the official seal of the association, and there are two members of the provincial photographers association as introducers. The introducer must sign the recommendation letter and signature on the application form.

Applicants from provincial organs and units need to be recommended by two members of the Provincial Photographers Association, and the recommender must sign the recommendation letter and signature on the application form, which can be directly declared after being sealed by the bureau-level unit.

Applicants who cannot be recommended by group members due to special reasons and meet the membership requirements shall be introduced by two directors of the Provincial Photographers Association. The introducer must write down the recommendation reasons, sign the recommendation opinions and sign on the application form, and can directly apply to the association.

3. Applicants must submit 8 representative works of 10 inch photography independently created by themselves (with "title, author's name, place (or unit) and mobile phone number" marked on the back) and copies of relevant award-winning and selection certificates; In addition to the standard photo of 1 inch, a standard photo should be attached to the form.

4. Deadline for acceptance of application materials: May 3, the first half of the year, and June, the second half, 1 1.30.

Examination and approval method

1. Anhui Photographers Association develops two groups of members every year. Divided into: the first half of June and the second half of 65438+the second half of February.

2. The Federation of Provincial Photographers Associations is responsible for the acceptance and registration of application materials, and has the right to require the applicant to submit supplementary materials or not, which shall be examined and approved by the presidium.

3. The Presidium of the Provincial Photographers Association is responsible for approving new members. After deliberation and approval by the presidium, he will become a member of Anhui Photographers Association.

4. The membership fee of Anhui Photographers Association is a lifetime membership fee system, and the membership fee is 380 yuan.

5. New members shall pay the assessment fee 50 yuan, membership card fee 40 yuan, filing fee 30 yuan and lifetime membership fee 500 yuan within 3 months according to the requirements of the Notice of Membership. After receiving all the money, Anhui Photographers Association will go through the membership procedures and issue membership cards.

6. If a new member fails to go through the membership formalities within the specified time, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of membership, and shall not be re-declared as a member of the Provincial Photographers Association within three years.

The right to interpret these rules belongs to the presidium of Anhui Photographers Association.
