One of the chronicles of Ashsay

I used to think that I was a well-behaved existence. Even when I was young and impulsive, I was a very peaceful student. Rebellion and adventure never seem to suit me.

But I don't want to challenge myself and take risks after entering middle age. Especially after seeing someone hiking in an uninhabited desert, I can't get over the urge to set foot in the desert all the time.

However, in view of my original character, I have no impulse to take risks alone. Instead, I consulted and compared what I thought was the safest desert trip: I signed up for the seventh Asia-Pacific Business School Desert Challenge-Yashasai for short. MBA Business School, taking the college as the unit, fought in groups for three days and crossed the 70-kilometer Tengger Desert.

I think it is the lowest way to explore the desert with a regular organizer and many like-minded people, and at the same time, I can realize my dreams.

In order to make my adventure more secure, I also took the initiative to fool Luo Jia and Tian Tian, two friends with better physical fitness, into signing up.

Even though it has been two years since the game, it is still hard to remember.

I especially remember that on April 28th, a beautiful spring day, 29 members of the Sha Qi team of HKU-Fudan IMBA came to Yinchuan Airport from all over the world with excitement.

Moreover, this day coincides with Luo Jia's birthday, and there is no gorgeous celebration banquet, but we will not forget the gathering scene of KFC at Yinchuan Airport.

After boarding the shuttle bus to Alashan, there was no tension in the game, only gossip and laughter. Just like catching up with everyone for a spring outing. Two hours' drive, without stopping.

In the evening, I attended the host's welcome dinner. After watching the highlights of the previous Asia-Xiamen competition, my relaxed mood suddenly became a little nervous and excited.

I really realized that we didn't come for a spring outing this time, but to take risks and challenge the desert.

In the evening, we discussed the game plan for the next day, and the real doctor and father also gave us another training on medical rescue knowledge.

Under the leadership of the captain, everyone packed up the compulsory package of the game. ?

On April 29, although the hotel phone was set at 5 am, I actually didn't sleep all night. I got up before four o'clock to get ready. I had a sleepy breakfast and then went to the starting point by bus.

During this journey, everyone didn't laugh easily, and everyone was thinking about what the next journey would be like.

When I came to the starting point, I saw the flag of the college in front of the podium and saw more than 3000 contestants gathered around the podium, my passion was instantly ignited.

Everyone found their place and began to warm up under the guidance of coach V.

Because the number of participants is really large, it is based on the ranking of institutions in the last competition. A few minutes after the starting gun rang, it was finally our turn to start.

I still clearly remember my feelings and feelings at every time of that day.

0KM: The starting gun is ringing! Hey, it's a little backward, not as cool as the front. But in a few minutes, I will catch up with you. (But in fact, there are no more minutes, and the end time of the game is calculated according to the first team to start. )

0.5KM: Why is this sandy land different from the previous beach? Why do you feel unable to move forward when you step on it? Is it because the people in front trample the sand so hard to walk? Next time, you must try to go ahead.

1KM: Why did 1KM take 20 minutes? It must be because the people who started in front hindered my speed, otherwise it would take 10 minutes to get to 1 km.

2KM: Why does the desert always go uphill and downhill? Where can there be endless desert flats on TV?

3KM: oh, my god! Why is there sand in my shoes? I obviously wrapped it tightly.

4KM: lying in the trough! The sand dunes in front are so high. Should I climb up or go around? I really don't want to climb or go around. I wish I could fly there.

5KM: It seems to be the CP supply point at last. Cucumbers and tomatoes in the desert are more delicious than those in the supermarket, and even mineral water tastes better.

6KM: It seems that it has been a long time since I left CP 1. Why is the roadside sign only 6KM?

7KM: Zha, why do photographers and volunteers with equipment run faster than us? I can only walk, but they can run!

8 km: Why are there sand dunes all around? Why can't you see any signs of supply points? Can I pretend to be in CP2 in advance?

9KM: I tried to catch up with a group of teams, and found that after 10 minutes of hard work, I still couldn't catch up, and I still had to follow.

10KM: Finally, I see the flag of 10 km. Today 1/3 is finished, and there are still 2/3 left, which makes me want to cry.

1 1KM: A message came from the intercom ahead, saying that there are watermelons in CP2, and only those who arrive early can eat them.

12KM: I saw the vast desert scenery on TV. Why can't I feel the top gun anymore? Why am I more worried about smallness and helplessness?

13KM: Why on earth should I sign up for this Asian Games? I really paid for the abuse. I must be crazy to sign up.

14km: Where is CP3? I am so hungry, but I can't seem to eat anything on my back. Energy glue tastes terrible. I'd better keep taking salt pills.

15KM: You should have walked for several hours. Why are you only halfway there? Is the watch broken or is there something wrong with the flag of the organizing Committee route?

16KM: Remember that the last CP point is full of water bags. Why is there no water? Is there enough water in the kettle to keep me going to the next replenishment point?

17KM: I didn't expect visual fatigue to be so fast. It turns out that what wonderful scenery can only be seen from a distance occasionally. I really don't like dunes everywhere. I want to see people or supply stations.

18KM: I really shouldn't have brought so much dry food. I can't eat it at all. On the contrary, it increased my burden and consumed more physical strength.

19KM: Wow, there are lakes in the desert! There should be no wild animals around now, right?

20KM: Remember: Never sign up for this masochistic activity again. You are asking for it!

2 1KM: Seeing the volunteers, the supply station should be not far away. Is the next CP point far away? Volunteer: It's only 2 kilometers away.

22KM: And 1km will go to the CP supply point mentioned by the volunteers. Don't be discouraged, keep on cheering!

23 km: I saw another volunteer. It is estimated that CP point is nearby. Where is the nearest CP point? Volunteer: Follow the signpost, less than 2 kilometers. What? Did I hear you right? We have walked 2 kilometers. How is it possible that there are still 2 kilometers?

24KM: There must be something wrong with the people who measure the distance and set up road signs. To be sure, math is taught by physical education teachers, and even the most basic number addition is wrong.

25KM: I saw another volunteer and just wanted to ask again. My companion stopped me: don't ask, the next CP point is 2 kilometers away.

26.5KM: The tour leader reminded me that each CP point also has a separate closing time. Finally, I was in a hurry to catch up with the closing time and let me catch my breath.

27 km: Why did you only walk half a kilometer? Why does it look like walking for half an hour?

28 km: I really want to have a big bed for me to lie on. I am really a masochist. Five kilometers to go.

29 kilometers:? At the beginning, I introduced the propaganda of this desert hiking competition, saying that walking a circle and running the whole course are definitely not the same.

30KM:? Facts have proved that the movement track of the watch is correct. Now it's really only 2KM. How can we bear it?

3 1KM:? Why is one slope after another? Isn't today almost over? How many slopes are there before we reach the end of today?

32KM:? I am still alive, but I don't even have the strength to eat. I just want to lie down.

I hurried past today's closing point and found that my body and mind didn't seem to be on the same frequency. It seems that when I dragged my legs back to the camp, I found that Team C had arranged all the arrangements for the camp, and welcomed Team A and Team B back one by one to help us make dinner and massage.

I ate the best mutton soup, instant noodles and steamed buns. Although there seems to be a little fine sand in it, I feel that I have never eaten such delicious instant noodles.

In the evening, the captain brought news that only 8 colleges and universities finished the game today 105. We also have team B members closed, but the exciting news is that all our team A members have finished their games and we can continue to rank universities.

After dinner, the way of washing dishes is a bit unacceptable. Because of the lack of water, we can only use sand and paper towels to clean the tableware.

The first time I slept in the desert, the tent was a little small and the sound was a little loud at night. What brand of earplugs doesn't help much! !

The hardest first day is over. What will happen tomorrow?
