Daocheng Aden is known as the last piece of pure land on the blue planet, with vast meadows, colorful forests and blue transparent Haizi. Almost all the most beautiful things on the snowy plateau are gathered here ... So we have the dream of crossing the Sichuan-Tibet line National Highway 3 18 and stepping into the last piece of pure land on the blue planet. ...

? We have been preparing for this high-altitude trip for a month. Material: winter clothes, length and thickness, scarves and gloves, trekking poles; Physically: start drinking rhodiola and American ginseng half a month in advance. Walk every day, from two or three kilometers to five or six kilometers, or even nearly ten kilometers, step by step; Psychologically: communicate with people who have been there, listen to their suggestions and relieve psychological pressure. We should also consult and find information on the internet to understand the symptoms of hyperreflexia and first aid measures; Spiritually: cheer yourself up, encourage each other and support your family. I finally understand that joy is on my face and happiness is hidden in my heart. No excitement, no chasing, no noise. It's really not a pilgrim's mentality, because we don't have that way of going deep into nature, but because of high opposition.

Gathering in Chengdu, staying at Fanghua Hotel, waiting for friends and relatives, enjoying the afternoon and tasting Sichuan cuisine alone, I feel relaxed and confident:

? Although Fanghua's dream is still there, Daocheng Aden is about to begin.

? Classmates, girlfriends, relatives and friends, the sacred land in the world needs to be explored.

? At 6: 0015 on the 8th, the driver pulled us to the bus. Near 7 o'clock, the bus set off and the tour guide began the so-called "lecture group" work.

? The tour guide Asu is an authentic Tibetan. He has good features, heroic spirit and unsmiling. He is over forty years old. However, what matches his age is his academic ability and knowledge. It is not easy to speak freely, and it is even more difficult to ask others for advice. The breadth of knowledge makes him comfortable, but his perception of life is even more admirable.

Our bus traveled along the national highway 3 18, which is known as one of the most beautiful kilometers, crossed the Zheduo Mountain at an altitude of more than 4,000 and came to the first scenic spot in Tibetan areas: Muya Holy Land.

Located in Kangding, the world-famous love song capital, Muya Shengdi Scenic Area is the first scenic spot in Ganzi Prefecture that combines folk customs with natural scenery, and it is also the first scenic spot in China that embodies Tibetan Muya culture. The scenic spot is 3200-4600 meters above sea level, which is the only way to Shangri-La, Wuxuhai, Zimeiliangzi, Tagong Grassland and xinduqiao Scenic Spot. There are mountains, lush aquatic plants and colorful mountain flowers here. This used to be the place where King Muya and Muya held festivals and grand ceremonies.

The ferry pulled us to the top of the mountain at an altitude of 4000 meters, but it was foggy and the visibility was less than 10 meters. Some tourists stayed, but we chose to go sightseeing halfway up the mountain ..... This place is a paradise for photography, picturesque paradise, bright blue sky and holy white clouds, without any impurities. In the distance, the mountains are rolling, the stream winds from the foot of the mountain to our feet, white Tibetan villages are dotted among the faint green grass, and strong black yaks are scattered on the grass slope and eating grass leisurely. ...

? Faced with such a shocking beauty, we dare not get excited or make noise: on the one hand, we are afraid of breaking the tranquility here, on the other hand, we are even more afraid of altitude sickness. It's really plateau weather. Rain and sunshine are changeable. We took photos carefully and stayed for about 40 minutes at most. Just as we left the scenic spot, the rain fell from the sky and threatened. Many people ran to shelter from the rain. I just walked slowly with my head covered in a big scarf, and I didn't even dare to walk fast.

But I didn't escape after all. I had a splitting headache when waiting at the gate of the scenic spot, and then I felt chest tightness and shortness of breath, and my limbs were weak. I finally felt sick and threw up. Back to the hotel, I fell on the bed with my clothes in my arms.

? When I arrived at the meal, I not only lost my appetite, but also had a headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I didn't speak. I took off my clothes, shoes and socks, but I didn't even want to open my eyes. I lay quietly in bed, but my mind was clear. I know this symptom is the same as when I was in Yulong Snow Mountain in Yunnan many years ago. At that time, he was taken to the hospital, and the symptoms such as headache, nausea and vomiting were relieved after intravenous drip, but he lost his appetite. Fortunately, our next day's trip was at the foot of the mountain, and I came to the Tiger Leaping Gorge at the foot of the mountain. Everyone else is drunk with oxygen, but I am normal. And the rest of the trip did not go to the plateau. But what about this trip? The next few days are above 3000 altitude. Even if I survive tonight, what about tomorrow night? When it comes to Lhasa, Tibet, everyone is afraid of rebellion. You should know that Lhasa is 3,650 meters above sea level. Our trip is to climb Zheduo Mountain at an altitude of 4,600 to Muya Holy Land, the first scenic spot at an altitude of 3,200, while Daocheng is 3,750 meters above sea level, Aden is more than 3,800 meters above sea level, Luo Rong Cattle Farm is 4,000 meters, Pearl Sea is 4 100 meters, and Milk Sea is 4,500 meters.

After such consideration, I told my roommate who returned to the hotel after dinner that I was quitting the group. The guide called by my roommate observed my symptoms and said to wait another two hours. If I still feel uncomfortable, I will go to the hospital. I really didn't have the strength to speak at that time. Five or six team members came in. I can only listen to them, and I feel sick when I open my mouth. I was afraid of delaying Aso's rest, so I offered to go to the hospital at once. But when I got out of bed, I vomited loudly again.

The hospital is not small, but only the first floor emergency room has lights. Go in and have a look, there are still many people. A doctor is prescribing medicine to a patient in front of the computer, and two or three people are waiting beside him, all of whom are tourists who come to see Van Gogh. I don't even have the strength to stand up. When Ahso saw this scene, he asked me to sit down and went out to find another doctor for me. The doctor put an instrument on my finger. He looked at the instrument and said, take her to the next room. Later, I learned that the instrument showed nothing, indicating that the oxygen saturation in my body could not be measured. So scary!

? Ahso took me to another room. I thought I had to lie down, or the doctor was experienced, so let me sit and take oxygen, saying it was better. The doctor inserted the tube on the oxygen bottle into my nostril. It may only take about ten minutes to inhale, and my eyes will open. I have no symptoms of headache or nausea. The doctor also told me to keep breathing oxygen. I told the doctor to go back to Chengdu tomorrow morning, and the doctor said, you are seriously short of oxygen. After inhaling like this, it lasts for an hour and a half at most, and then your hyperreflexia will appear again. Moreover, there is little vegetation in this place, and the air will be thinner from/kloc-0 to 6 o'clock at night. You should leave here at once. Otherwise, you can only carry an oxygen bottle, even if you are told to carry it, you can't move it. Other than that, there is nothing! I was speechless when I heard it. It took us about half an hour to get back to the hotel after Ahso helped me to check in and pay the bill.

? I contacted my family immediately, and they were all scared. "chartered back to Chengdu, no matter how much it costs!" So Ahso helped find a chartered car. The price of a bite is 2000 yuan. Now money, just numbers and life, is the most important thing.

? I just finished taking oxygen, and everything is normal. I am as light as a swallow, agile and much louder. But the doctor says this condition can only last for an hour and a half. I'll pack my bags right away. What is a race against time? What is an acceleration whip? What is victory, retreat and escape? Now I've been through it all.

I did my homework before I came: altitude sickness must be related to everyone's tolerance to hypoxia. Because altitude sickness is an uncomfortable symptom caused by lack of oxygen in the environment with thin oxygen in plateau area. If the human body has strong tolerance to hypoxia, altitude sickness will be relatively weak; If the tolerance to hypoxia is not strong, altitude sickness will be more obvious. So altitude sickness is obviously related to everyone's individual differences. However, it is difficult to predict in advance the tolerance of people to altitude sickness in plain areas and whether altitude sickness will occur. Only when we reach the plateau can we know the seriousness of this situation.

? After this time, I seem to have tasted the feeling that people died of suffocation and lack of oxygen. Headache splitting, nausea, chest tightness, vomiting and diarrhea, weakness of limbs, immobility, eyes closed, brain from clear to fuzzy until unconsciousness. I haven't lost consciousness yet, but I really feel that I don't have any desire and have no ability to resist or resist at all. I see. The tour guide said, if you are bloated, don't fall asleep when you are sleepy. Stay awake and cheer up. That sounds horrible. Pretty scary. Maybe my illness won't be serious enough to die, but who dares to try and gamble? Among the many group members, some people had difficulty breathing when they first entered the scenic spot, and their faces were pale and their lips were black, so they began to inhale the canned oxygen they bought. Almost everyone has a splitting headache, but others can cope. If someone vomits and diarrhea, it will be fine. Another group member woke up after two minutes of shock at the top of the mountain, covered in blood, which was amazing. Even if others have symptoms, they can still walk, wash, sleep and have an appetite to eat … but I just want to lie still. Leaving is my only choice, and only Ahso helps me.

? Our next trip also includes: hiking: looking for the Pearl Sea along the wooden plank road; 100000 mu of Yang Shulin, colorful in autumn; Spend the night in Aden village: feel the bright starry sky in autumn in a small isolated village; A lake adventure: explore the amazing five-color sea and milk sea. Pilgrimage to Shenshan: Shenshan Nuoduoji Shenshan (to Luo Rong Niuchang, where the quiet golden grassland, Yangmaiyong and Shenshan Nuoduoji Shenshan); There are also staying in Tibetan homes, tasting all-mutton pilaf and highland barley wine, jumping in pots with Tibetan friends and feeling the hospitality of Danba Tibetans ...? But so what? Joined the league, paid the money, and left, but the body couldn't stand it. In addition, I wonder if there are any hospitals, ambulance stations or other places in the scenic area behind. I just went home at the first scenic spot, chartered a car without saying anything, and paid a penalty. Is it unfair? There is no injustice. I would rather spend some money than struggle in pain, I don't know what will happen next. It's just that dreams are hard to come true!

? Some people say that if you love someone, you will go to Daocheng Aden with him or her, because your eyes are in heaven. If you hate someone, take him or her to Daocheng Aden, because your body is in hell.

? But I have to say that some people don't have such an opportunity. The driver who sent us back to Chengdu from xinduqiao said that he was a Tibetan in xinduqiao, and transporting tourists by private car was one of his sources of income. Today is his second time to send tourists to Chengdu. National Highway 3 18 Sichuan-Tibet Line, he has to go back and forth three times a day at most. For a one-way trip of 450 kilometers, the most difficult thing is to climb the Zheduo Mountain at an altitude of more than 4,000. Actually, I don't have any basic diseases myself. It is common to love sports, run and play badminton and table tennis. But at an altitude of more than 3,000, laughter, cheers, jumping and running, romantic surprises, artistic cells … all disappeared. Eyes are a part of the body, and they can't be opened at all, so there is only hell left.

? On the Sichuan-Tibet line that returned to Chengdu overnight, until he got home, Van Gogh exhausted his physical strength, and no matter how beautiful the scenery was, there was no temptation. I just want to get out of here and go back to my family. When I first arrived in Ya 'an, I had an appetite. When I got home, everything was all right, but I didn't like talking and activities very much, as if I was hurt. Seeing the photos sent by group friends, I seem to be dizzy again. This may be the sequela of hyperreactivity. Although my panic has not been eliminated, the strength of the code word is still there. Thanks to the clumsy article of the tour guide Asu, and also recorded this embarrassing trip and an unforgettable experience that can be described as a narrow escape!

? I remember that when Ye Defen recommended her new book "We Will Meet Love and Loneliness" after writing "Meet Beautiful Oneself", there was such a sentence: In fact, each of us should understand that we are the most important and we are the center of the world. The recognition, recognition and appreciation of outsiders are actually not important. Knowing who you are, where you are, what you like, and returning to yourself is the meaning of life. Dream interpretation is a kind of human behavior full of hope and temptation, passion and vitality. It's impossible. We should work harder. But some dreams, if they are round, must be done according to one's ability, and enough is enough. Therefore, some dreams really can't be realized by everyone. Some dreams, you can only choose to give up!
