Who is the real murderer in Memories of Murder? How did you find out?

Here I want to talk about my own analysis after watching the movie:

In my opinion, the real murderer is the boiler man of the police station who only flashed in the movie. There are several reasons:

1, Song Kanghao and Jin Cong finally came to the conclusion that the mentally retarded child was a witness to the murder and had seen the true face of the murderer. When Song Kanghao took a photo of a young man who was seriously suspected to confirm to the mentally retarded child, the child said the last sentence that was not directly related to the case:' It was too hot, he pushed me into the fire ...', which the director said before he died, indicating that the director had to explain two meanings. First, the scar on the face of the mentally retarded child was caused by the real murderer before (as for how it was caused, it has nothing to do with the case and the plot), and second, it is true.

2. Interrogate a buddy who likes masturbation (that is, the second suspect, the mentally retarded child is the first suspect and was later excluded), and a boiler worker who didn't give the direct shot went to the interrogation room to repair the boiler (the interrogation room is actually the boiler room). When watching this paragraph, people often only pay attention to the appearance of the buddy who likes masturbation, but it is easy to ignore the picture of the boiler worker. Here, we need to pay attention to two details One is that the boiler worker wears a pair of white gloves, and the other is that the boiler worker looks back at the buddy who likes masturbation. This boiler worker has nothing to do with the plot, almost like a goof shot, but the director just let him appear and gave him three shots: go in and repair the boiler.

3. At the end of the film, the detective played by Song Kanghao returns to the crime scene after 17 years and talks with the same little girl. Through talking with the little girl, it can be seen from his surprised expression that he has vaguely guessed who the real murderer is. It should be noted here that the detective played by Song Kanghao was not a wise policeman at the time of the original investigation, and relied entirely on extorting confessions by torture to forge evidence, while the detective played by Jin Cong really used his brain to handle cases (although he failed in the end). Here, the director arranged for Song Kanghao to return to his hometown instead of Jin Cong. I think the purpose is to match the scene of the boiler worker. At that time, Song Kanghao and another detective who likes masturbation took the place of Jin Cong for trial. Song Kanghao should be the last person who found himself ignoring the most common boiler worker, the one who passed by in the film. The only survivor of this serial rape and murder case, the woman hiding in the back hill of girls' middle school, provided a very important clue: the real murderer's hand is soft, like a woman's hand. The boiler worker wears a pair of striking white gloves in the very dark environment of the boiler room. The director seems to want to explain that the boiler worker wears gloves. Therefore, it is very good to protect the hands from roughness. This also shows that Song Kanghao and Jin Cong have gone into the misunderstanding of investigation because the third suspect's hand looks like a woman's hand. When the real murderer killed the last victim, a female student in a girls' middle school, the camera gave the real murderer most of his face. Seeing the friends here, you can compare the clothes and pants worn by the boiler worker when he appeared with those worn by the real murderer when he killed the female student.

Finally, as for the third suspect, the young man holding the woman's hand, because the law of ordering the same song on the radio is completely in line with the law of killing, and he is surprisingly natural and graceful when being questioned, I think he can't escape this case. He is probably an insider or even an accomplice.
