How to set up video acceleration and deceleration in Premiere Pro CS4

A video, speed up the playback, but the number of frames remains the same, and the frame rate is 5 times faster.

For example, a video with 25 frames per second should be changed to 125 frames per second.

Then start:

Speed up playback

That is, on the time axis, on the video material, right click-how long? ,? Reduce the video duration to 1/5? Do it.

1. Open a video.

2. Click Speed/Duration

3. Enter the speed percentage.

4. Enter 150% here (for example), please select the specific amount.

5. After acceleration, the video progress bar is obviously shortened.

6. Now slow down. Also click Speed/Duration.

7. Enter 50% here. (For example), please select the specific amount.

8. Slow down successfully, and you can see that the progress bar is obviously lengthened.
