Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 7 A school shall, according to its development plan, school-running conditions, discipline requirements, student source status and social needs, formulate annual professional plans for different provinces in China (hereinafter referred to as student source provinces).

Article 8 The specific enrollment majors and enrollment numbers approved by the Ministry of Education shall be announced to the public by the enrollment departments of universities in the provinces where students come from, and the schools shall also announce them to the public through various channels.

Article 9 In the process of admission, the school can make appropriate adjustments to the inter-provincial enrollment plan according to the enrollment situation of each source province, which will be studied by the school enrollment leading group and reported to the enrollment department of the source province for approval.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 10 General Principles: The enrollment work shall be implemented in accordance with the policies and regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the spirit of relevant documents of Shengyuan Province. If parallel volunteer is implemented in Shengyuan Province, candidates will be selected from high to low according to their professional wishes and our enrollment plan. When enrolling majors, students are admitted from high scores to low scores. If the first major volunteer cannot be met, the second major volunteer is admitted, and so on. All professional volunteers are not satisfied. If it is a professional transfer, the school will transfer it to the corresponding major according to the score. Those who fail to meet the relevant provisions and requirements of professional volunteering in the college entrance examination and do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed.

Students in Shengyuan Province who implement gradient voluntary filing will enroll students from high score to low score according to the principle of "voluntary priority, high score priority". When enrolling majors, students are admitted from high scores to low scores. If the first major volunteer cannot be met, the second major volunteer is admitted, and so on. All professional volunteers are not satisfied. If it is a professional transfer, the school will transfer it to the corresponding major according to the score. Those who fail to meet the relevant provisions and requirements of professional volunteering in the college entrance examination and do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. The scores are ranked as follows: (1) Literature and history category: ranked according to the total score of college entrance examination culture from high to low. If the total score is the same, compare them according to the order of Chinese, foreign language and mathematics scores in the college entrance examination. (2) Science and engineering: ranked from high to low according to the total cultural score of the college entrance examination. Those with the same total score will be compared in the order of mathematics, foreign language and Chinese.

Provinces that implement the reform of the college entrance examination system are admitted according to the regulations of the provinces of origin.

Eleventh candidates are not limited to foreign languages, unless otherwise specified in the enrollment plan. If the enrollment number of freshmen is less than 25 after registration, the school can inform the admitted students first and then transfer to the corresponding major at the same level.

Fourteenth candidates who apply for our school must take part in physical examination and fill in the past medical history truthfully. Physical examination standards are strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements such as Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing Physical Examination for Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights of HBsAg Carriers. For the student provinces that recognize the results of the provincial unified examination, they will be admitted according to the admission rules of the student provinces.

(2) Photography major

In the province of origin where the college entrance examination is organized, on the basis of reaching the minimum cultural control line designated by the province of origin and passing the professional college entrance examination, the candidates will be selected from high to low according to their comprehensive scores (i.e., the professional score of the school entrance examination/the total score of the school entrance examination * the total score of the college entrance examination culture *50%+ the cultural score of the college entrance examination *50%). When the comprehensive scores are the same, regardless of arts and sciences, they are compared in the order of Chinese, Chinese and mathematics in the college entrance examination.

For the student provinces that recognize the results of the provincial unified examination, they will be admitted according to the admission rules of the student provinces.

(3) Higher vocational (junior college) level: Students' provinces that recognize the unified examination for art majors in their provinces (referred to as the unified examination for majors) line up from high to low according to the total score of college entrance examination culture, regardless of arts and sciences. If the total score is the same, compare them in the order of Chinese, foreign language and mathematics scores in the college entrance examination. The admissions department of Shengyuan Province has other special requirements, according to the provisions of its documents.

Seventeenth sports professional admission rules:

For the student provinces that recognize the unified examination of physical education majors in their provinces, regardless of arts and sciences, the scores of the unified examination of majors are ranked from high to low, and the professional scores are the same. The total scores of culture, mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese in the college entrance examination are compared in turn. If there are other special requirements from the main enrollment management department of Shengyuan Province, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of its documents.

Chapter V Registration of Freshmen

Eighteenth according to the provisions of the state enrollment of freshmen, with the admission notice, according to the relevant requirements of the school and the prescribed time limit to the school for admission procedures. If you can't enter school on schedule for some reason, you should ask for leave from the school. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.

Nineteenth new students within three months after admission, the school to review their comprehensive situation of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, beauty, labor, etc., after verification, do not meet the admission requirements or fraud, will not be registered.

Article 20 Within three months after freshmen enter school, the school will conduct a physical examination and re-examination. If there are physical problems that are not suitable for the current major, the major can be adjusted; Those who fail to meet the requirements for study due to physical reasons will not be enrolled.

Twenty-first students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the learning period stipulated by the school and met the graduation requirements of the school will be awarded the graduation certificate of XXX school's general higher education. Chapter VI Funds and Awards

Article 22 In the stage of higher education, a policy system for subsidizing poor students from families in colleges and universities should be established by organically combining various forms, such as national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans, work-study programs, tuition fee remission, etc. Students from poor families admitted to the university can report on time through the "green channel" opened by the school. After entering the school, the school verified the financial difficulties of their families and took different measures to give them financial assistance. Among them, to solve the tuition and accommodation problems, the national student loan is the main one, supplemented by the national inspirational scholarship; To solve the problem of living expenses, the state grants are the main ones, supplemented by work-study programs.

Article 23 Schools shall implement a scholarship system for students with excellent academic performance and a student financial aid system for students with financial difficulties. Among them, the national scholarship is 8000 yuan per person per year, the national inspirational scholarship is 5000 yuan per person per year, and the bursary is 2200-4400 yuan per person per year.
