(2) In principle, the teaching service time of silver-aged teachers shall not be less than 1 school year, and silver-aged teachers who pass the examination shall be encouraged to teach continuously, but generally not more than 3 school years. County Education Bureau and Yinling teachers signed the Service Agreement of Huidong Yinling Lecturing Project (Annex 2) according to the academic year, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties.

(3) Before signing the service agreement, Mr. Yin Ling should provide the physical examination report of the second-class and first-class hospitals for nearly six months.

(4) During the service period, the county (city, district) will conduct follow-up assessment on teachers of silver age, and terminate the agreement if they fail to perform their obligations as required by the agreement or are not suitable for continuing teaching due to physical reasons.
