The difference between vines and roses.

First, the flowering period is different.

If the temperature is right, vine roses can bloom all year round, but roses can't. Roses usually only bloom in spring (some varieties also bloom in spring and autumn).

Second, the flower shape is different.

Roses have small flowers and thin petals, only pink and white, and each flower is a color. Several flowers are crowded on a branch, the pedicel is very short, and the climbing ability is stronger than that of liana rose.

In fact, vines are basically upright, with large flowers, thick petals and many colors. Some flowers have striped color blocks, which vary greatly and have long pedicels.

Third, the blades are different.

Leaflets of vine rose are apricot-shaped (that is, plum blossom-shaped), and 3-5 leaflets are flat and smooth.

The lobules of roses are willow-shaped, with 5-9 lobules, serrated leaves and flat but pilose leaves.
