Outdoor mountaineering skills and precautions

Mountaineering adventure generally refers to mountaineering with the goal of overcoming all kinds of harsh natural conditions and climbing to the top with the help of certain instruments and equipment. The following is my sharing of outdoor mountaineering skills and precautions for everyone. Welcome to read and browse.

Tips for outdoor mountaineering

1. Talk less

Speaking takes a lot of physical strength. Speaking needs to mobilize many muscle tissues such as oral muscles, throat muscles and lung muscles, and blood needs to be called from the heart to supply these muscle movements. What's more, the amount of oxygen consumed by talking is very huge. When we speak, almost all the oxygen inhaled by the lungs is used to supply speaking and blood. If it's shouting loudly and talking continuously, it's even more exhausting. Therefore, it is an important way to save energy by talking as little as possible on the way.

In addition, talking less, observing more and experiencing more are one of the signs of a mature donkey friend. It is a good quality of a tasteful donkey. Some donkey friends who talk endlessly and talk nonsense along the way are very annoying. At the same time, listening to others' constant noise in their ears is also a great waste of energy and leads to a bad mood. Therefore, if it is not necessary, try not to say more, so as not to harm others and yourself.

2. Reduce the number of times you sit down and have a rest

Many donkey friends sit down when they feel tired when going uphill. When you want to go, your tired legs will consume a lot of energy to support your whole body and backpack. In fact, there are many ways to rest, and there is no need to sit down all over:

Choose the trunk to lean back, so as to reduce the burden on your legs and relieve the pressure.

Choose a higher place to sit down, and it is best to sit on a slope or stone with a small height difference from your hips to rest. When you get up, you don't have to spend a lot of energy to lift your whole body.

Use the special rest method for donkey walking: support the upper body with both hands on the knees, bend the upper body to form a balance bridge, make the back level, put the backpack on the back smoothly, bend the legs slightly, face uphill, and relax the trunk, which can relieve the burden on the shoulders, relieve the top-down pressure on the spine, and quickly relieve fatigue and restore physical strength. When starting, don't lift your upper body quickly, but slowly restore your torso to its normal position during the upward movement.

Take a deep breath as much as possible, slow down until you feel effortless, spread the rest among each step, and reduce the number of breaks.

if you sit down and have a rest, try to sit down where there is a gentle road ahead, instead of going into an elevated place to have a rest immediately after the rest. Otherwise, after the rest, the heart, lungs and muscles are in a calm state, and suddenly they need great physical strength, which will lead to danger and waste physical strength.

take small steps and shuffle your feet. Small steps can save some physical strength, but when going up the mountain, don't lift your feet very high and mop the floor a little, as long as it doesn't affect walking and safety, so you can save physical strength. Pay attention to these small places and get into the habit, and you can save a lot of physical strength.

When going to the high platform, you can lift your legs with your hands, and then press your knees with your hands to raise your body. There are many roads in the mountain, and suddenly it is necessary to climb a high stone platform. If you are very tired at this time, don't use the strength of your legs to lift your body completely, because your legs have not stopped using in the process of going up the mountain, and your muscles will be convulsive and inflexible when you are extremely tired, so it is best to match your upper and lower limbs, which can save a lot of physical strength and ensure safety.

3. Ways to take a deep breath

Many hikers have short, shallow and irregular breathing when going uphill, which will make them more and more tired. When going up the mountain, you should keep the proper rhythm of walking and breathing, and deliberately control the state of getting used to it. Breathe and breathe as much as possible on the steep slope with heavy load. When you are tired, deepen your breathing, deliberately slow down the rhythm slightly, so that your physical fitness can be evenly distributed with your breathing. Shortness of breath is a waste of lung muscle movement. The same amount of exercise can't absorb enough oxygen, which is something that travelers should pay attention to.

Good walking and breathing rhythm, you can walk for hours without stopping to rest, and you don't feel tired.

4. Try to lower the center of gravity when going up the mountain

It's easy to understand from a physical point of view. A low center of gravity will not only keep the pace steady, but also save physical strength. For example, small people save energy than tall people climbing mountains. Lean your upper body forward slightly to a suitable angle and let gravity help you climb the mountain. If it's a steep slope, it's best to use both hands and feet, which will be very easy. The slope in front just makes up for the length of the arm, so that people can walk on all fours like animals, which is one of the most energy-saving methods. If equipped, you can use a cane to achieve this effect.

Precautions for outdoor mountaineering:

Never stand, bend over and reach for someone your weight below on an unsecured rock; To lean back, pull your hand as close as possible to the line of action of the leg pedal, or there are thick trees or hands behind you to fix yourself; Or a piece of rope.

Try not to shake hands with two people. When pulling people up, hold each other's wrists.

Never climb with the help of dead branches or weeds or branches with a diameter smaller than your thumb. You can only climb with the pull of a rooted branch that is bigger than your thumb.

Try not to use branches smaller than your wrist to make a horizontal bar, and hang and bend branches to rise or fall, which is easy to break; Use branches thicker than the wrist, or try to be close to the root of the stressed branch (near the trunk).

Try not to climb with the help of rocks that are higher than your head and you can't judge whether they are solid or not. It is extremely dangerous to hang your life on rocks you don't know. We should fix it at three o'clock first, and use the strength of one limb to verify it before acting.

Never climb a hillside with lots of gravel, snow and ice, which is easy to slide, and the distance between adjacent players is too close; Leave more people apart than usual to avoid being hurt by falling stones.

Try not to go downhill on slippery slopes with too short a time interval; Wait until the person in front is safe to the end, and the person behind can go down the mountain; If conditions permit, the people in front can protect the people behind.

Try not to let mud, plant leaves, water, snow and other substances that reduce the friction coefficient on your mountaineering soles; With these substances, when you climb a huge rock, you can only climb two-thirds of the original slope at most, otherwise your feet will slip.

Try not to lean back and rest too quickly when you are tired and carrying heavy luggage on a steep hillside; If you are tired, you'd better stop and don't straighten your waist. Turn around and back to the mountain and rest straight. Avoid leaning back and rolling down the hill.

Try not to get too close to each other when drilling in the jungle. Rebound thorns can easily stab your eyes. Bow your head and cover it with a brim, or protect your eyes with your hands.

Try not to bend your head when drilling in the jungle or stone forest, and your head will pass, and your bag and buttocks will not pass; You should squat, bend over, lower your head, stretch your arms, crawl forward, and then look forward. After your hips pass, you can look up, straighten your waist and stand.

if you are in danger or get lost, call your mountain friend or hang up early, and don't hang up until you are in danger.

Try not to jump down continuously for a long time unless you often do this kind of exercise; If you take part in this kind of activity, it is suggested that you use hanging jumping as much as possible, or use trekking poles to support the lower part and then hang your body to jump down, which reduces the height, reduces the impact and avoids knee joint injury. At the end of the day, you may jump a third less than your fellow travelers.

Try not to wade across the river with the water level exceeding the crotch after the heavy rain. Fire and water are ruthless, which has nothing to do with your swimming level. If you have to cross the river and you don't have ropes and other equipment to cross the river, you should try to choose a place where the river is wide and the water is shallow and the bottom of the river is gentle, find a big stone to hold in your arms, lunge against the current, don't lift your feet, stick to the bottom of the river and slowly move across the river.

Try not to turn on your cell phone or dial it when climbing a mountain in a thunderstorm; God will ask you to go to him.

Try not to climb or pass through the geological structure where mud and stones are mixed after rain; There is no mudslide in Daheishan; But huge stones often roll down after the rain.

Try not to climb the rocks that you are hesitant about, but be willing; If I have to climb, I must think about the emergency measures in case I miss and I don't regret it before I can climb.

Try not to slide down the mountain alone when it is snowy and snowy; It is best for two people to set a rope of about meters, and the person above pulls the rope to release the other person down the mountain; Then, the man above slipped down on his own, and the man below protected him with ropes to prevent him from rushing down the mountain; Take turns to protect each other.

Try not to see the scenery while climbing the mountain; You are likely to slip and lose your virginity.

Try not to follow a donkey wholeheartedly; You have to stop for a few seconds in minutes or so, look around, look for a reference system, and remember more roads. Don't lose it. You don't even know how to go home.

Try not to compete with others when climbing the mountain; In the face of danger and difficulties, dare to speak? I can't. I have to walk around, okay? .

Try not to jump into the water and swim when you are sweating all over the mountain. Don't face the tuyere either, it's cool.

Try not to drill into caves that you are not familiar with, especially caves with few exits and no reliable friends to guard the door for you; As the saying goes, a cunning rabbit returns to three caves, not to mention people. Remember, safety comes first.

Try not to run down the mountain with a heavy load. Inertia may make you rush down the mountain and get hurt.

Try not to be timid on a steep slope, and use small steps with your feet close to the slope. It is very easy to fall back and then take the slide down the mountain, which is dangerous. You can use sideways, squat, side leg press (side lunge) style and move down the mountain; It's safe and fast.

When drilling in the jungle, don't just bend over and walk with your head down. Be sure to bend over and look ahead to avoid being bruised by branches. Wear protective glasses (such as goggles, snow goggles, etc.) if necessary

When going down dangerous sections such as cliffs, be sure to plan the route of going down the cliffs before going down.

when going down the cliff, be sure to put the backpack and other things under the cliff with a rope first, and then go down the cliff lightly. If the backpack is under, the center of gravity will be unstable, and the backpack may be caught by rocks, causing new hazards. ;
