According to legend, in ancient times, there was a Yulong Cloud swimming in the sky, overlooking Changbai Mountain, and then descended to earth to become a Longshan, lying in China. Tashan Park in Changbai County is divided into two parts: entertainment and sightseeing under the mountain and sightseeing and exhibition on the mountain. In addition to children's amusement facilities, you can also see sika deer, sable, black bear, roe deer and other animals, as well as more than 200 kinds of precious flowers introduced and cultivated in the greenhouse.

Although it has gone through many vicissitudes, its charm still exists and it is well preserved. It has become the only ancient pagoda of Bohai Kingdom in Tang Dynasty in Northeast China, and it is also the oldest, highest quality and most attractive ancient pagoda in Changbai Mountain. It is called the first pagoda in Changbai Mountain. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit and an important cultural landscape of Changbai Mountain.
