Located on the coastline of Ruozaobang, the old factory building of Shangmian No.8 Factory will be transformed into a creative park with the theme of "fashion creativity". In addition, a residential area with the theme of "Kaibu Square" will be developed around Wusong ancient town, and a historical block with the theme of cultural leisure will be planned in combination with Fisherman's Wharf. According to the plan, Baoshan District will focus on promoting the original local traditional folk customs, promoting the economy with strong ancient town characteristics, and making it one of the main venues of Baoshan International Folk Culture Festival.
