One-day tour guide to Xiangshan, Beijing Xiangshan Park travel guide
Xiangshan is located in Beijing. It is a place often visited by ancient emperors. It has a large number of ancient fine buildings and historical culture, as well as an extremely rich sense of history. Here is a one-day tour of Xiangshan strategy.
It’s been a long time since I climbed Xiangshan Mountain, about four or five years. I climbed it often in the first few years after I came to Beijing, and I have been here in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Later on, the cars became more and more crowded and the roads became more and more congested. It took 2 hours to go to Xiangshan by bus, and I went there too many times. I gradually got tired of it and stopped going.
Introduction to Xiangshan Park attractions:
Address of Xiangshan Park: East foot of Xiaoxishan Mountains in the northwest suburbs of Haidian District, Beijing
Tickets for Xiangshan Park: April 1 - November 15th: 10 yuan; November 16th - March 31st: 5 yuan
Xiangshan Park attractions: Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Xiangshan Temple, Liuli Pagoda
This time Went by car. Probably because it was winter and it was a working day, the journey went smoothly and I went to the parking lot No. 8. I arrived at noon. There were not many cars in the parking lot and it was quite spacious. The price was 20 yuan per trip. I remember it used to be 10 yuan, so it’s time to go up.
The ticket price for Xiangshan has not increased, it is still 5 yuan, and 10 yuan in peak season. It hasn’t changed in more than ten years, and it’s really a conscientious price.
The weather is very clear, the sun is very good, and it is warmer than the previous few days. There are not many people, and the road is very familiar, so I just climb up.
It is cleaner than before. Xiangshan is a well-managed tourist park and has always been cleaner.
It is probably less crowded, quieter, and much cleaner than I remembered. I occasionally saw workers cleaning the place along the way, and there was no garbage thrown by tourists. There were no fallen leaves on the road. It was clear and refreshing, and all I could see was the scenery.
Xiangshan is still upright and generous, and in the bleak winter, it is cold and even more royal. Like it like this.
Climbing Xiangshan Mountain is like visiting an old friend. There wasn't much to say. Come and take a look, knowing that each other is well, it is still the same as in the memory, and we have never forgotten each other.

Outside the gate of Qinzheng Hall, taken when going down the mountain, it was closed.

Quiet
A new one opened in 2015 It's a scenic spot. It's the first time I go in. Zhiyuan Zhai is right here. Taken while descending the mountain.
Shukang Spring is crystal clear and the water surface is trembling. There should be spring water flowing. Please ignore that big bowl that ruins the scenery.
There is a spring of longevity under the Dragon King Temple.
The Eight-Nation Allied Forces worked really hard to climb so high to burn it.
Xishan Qingxue Monument. Can you barely see the words?
Xianglu Peak
Chongyang Pavilion
After climbing to the top, it is my habit to eat a bowl of instant noodles in Chongyang Pavilion. This is complete. It used to be ten yuan a bowl, but now it's fifteen yuan.
The little sparrow picking food in the Chongyang Pavilion
It’s still the same little sparrow. I only photographed it, but it actually came in groups, with two or three flying in from time to time. It seems that the birds have a hard time in winter.
Clean and uninhabited road
Looking back at Beijing, looking back again, looking back again and again, Beijing
I thought the sky was very blue these days, the air Very good. After going up the mountain, we realized that Beijing is still shrouded in dust, but we can't feel it. After going down the mountain, obediently put on a mask to isolate the unseen dust.
Go to the roadside store in Xiangshan. This house has been here for a long time and is still here.
The mountains are quiet, and the road to Xiangshan is also quiet. Half of the roadside shops were closed, and there were few customers open. On the way here, I saw that the urban railway was being built. The tracks were paved and could be opened to traffic. It would be more convenient to come to Xiangshan in the future. When the weather gets warmer, Xiangshan will be crowded with people and traffic again.
Xiangshan is my first impression of Beijing. Climbing Xiangshan when I have nothing to do is also an important part of my life when I first came to Beijing. Xiangshan is still the same as before, and I probably am not anymore. I miss the old days and don’t want to go back. I also want to come when spring is warm and the flowers are blooming. Just think that squeezing in a car is more tiring than climbing a mountain, and there are more people than trees. hehe.
I love Beijing. As a foreigner, I may leave one day, but also love and love. Xiangshan is part of this love.
