A blood donor who meets one of the following conditions or an individual who has made remarkable achievements in blood donation shall be awarded the honorary card of unpaid blood donation by the Municipal People's Government:

(a) the city's cumulative blood donation reached more than 4000 ml;

(two) in the city of rare blood group blood donation accumulated to more than two thousand ml;

(three) to participate in voluntary blood donation service accumulated 1500 hours or more.
