Guan 'egou National Forest Park is located in the suburb of Tanchang County, Gansu Province, 340 kilometers away from Lanzhou City, the capital of Gansu Province. In June 2003, it was upgraded to a national forest park. Heba Scenic Area is a picture scroll with beautiful scenery, birds and flowers, and twists and turns. A large area of virgin forest is a natural oxygen bar. Gu Lei is 4 153 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Longnan. The top of the mountain is snow that does not melt all year round. Below the snow line is a misty forest, which has both the majesty of Huangshan Mountain and the wonders of Huashan Mountain. During my stay, I was full of wild interests and relaxation. The main scenic spots are: sleeping turtle in Liulin, Shimen natural moat, mending stone, playing turtle in water, golden bottle waterfall, echo wall, Happy Valley Beach, Gulei Xiongfeng and so on. "Moon Wali bonfire bright, Xiao Sheng mountain wind ring. Brown clothes, fur clothes, back rubbing, Chun Qing touch initiation ". This is a beautiful sentence in Dangchang poet Yang Caimei's Ode to the Ancient Style of Western Qiang. Tibetan compatriots living in Daheba today are all descendants of the ancient Qiang who founded Dangchang in Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. Their language, costumes and living customs still retain the original ecological characteristics of the ancient Dangchang nationality. Sites such as Dangchang Prefecture and Yangmacheng are well preserved. Tibetan women wear national costumes, sing Tibetan songs and dance with national characteristics, such as White Horse Tibetan Dance, Cow's Head Horse Face Dance and Pot Zhuang Dance. Picturesque Tibetan customs and passionate bonfire parties add luster to park tourism, and make tourists stay in high spirits.
