Chenqiao has beautiful landscapes and ancient records. Judging from Zhongcun Bridge, Zhangjiaqiao and Chen Qiao, the word "bridge" has never been separated. In the early 1980s, Peng Gan, director of Pingnan Tourism Bureau, visited Chen Qiao (son-in-law of Chen Qiao) and found a beautiful waterfowl living here. Later, it was identified by experts as a national first-class protected animal Yuanyang. With his efforts and recommendation, the Fujian Provincial People's Government approved the naming of Pingyang Yiyang Yuanyang Macaque Nature Reserve on 1984, and Chen Qiao Mountain Field was included in the area of 1594 mu. With the spread of the reputation of Yuanyang River Baishuiyang Scenic Area, tourists who come to the other side suddenly find that the landscape in Chen Qiao is more beautiful and strange. Many tourists are coming back to Chen Qiao, especially Huang Guosheng, president of Minnan Institute of Science and Technology, wrote "Ritual Gate-Xishuangbanna in East Fujian" in Environment and Development News, and Li Ren, vice minister of Fujian United Front Work Department, published "A Chinese painting is a mountain in the sky" in Fujian Daily. He said, "If it weren't for the limitation of time and space, Yang Wanli, a great poet in the Song Dynasty, once said,' Climb the mountain to cross Ye Ping'. I don't know the scenery around me "spoke highly of the landscape of Chen Qiao. Chen Xiaoping, former deputy secretary of Zhouning County Committee and now director of Fujian Provincial Department of Finance, also spoke highly of the landscape of Chen Qiao. After returning from Yuanyang River, a professor from Tongji University in Shanghai specially took a research group to Chen Qiao for a field trip and wrote an article praising the landscape of Chen Qiao. The beauty of Chen Qiao's landscape has gained a new understanding in people's minds.

With the increase of guests coming and going, the praise and suggestions of scholars and experts, and the publicity and reports of news media, people's awareness of environmental protection has been continuously enhanced. In March, 2009, Shanghai "Chen Qiao Hometown Association" got together in Jiumin New Village. Under the call of President Chen, the village directors and members enthusiastically donated more than 2 million yuan and registered and established "Zhouqiao Tourism Development Co., Ltd." on May 26th. According to the design scheme of county tourism development, 7,500 square meters of walking trails have been laid in an orderly manner, and a new reservoir of10.4 million cubic meters has been built. Repair 2 small reservoirs and build 3 pavilions, with a total investment of more than 4.5 million yuan. In order to protect the ancient village of Chen Qiao, we also leveled 200 mu of land in Dafangling, which is about 0/.5 km away from the village, and moved to build a new village in a planned way as a pilot project to build a new socialist countryside in the whole province. It is estimated that an investment of 3 million yuan will be made to build a cement road with a width of 7 meters and a 3.5-kilometer road connecting Chenqiao to Zhenghe Donggong Mountain Scenic Area. In the future, the scenery of Chen Qiao will be presented to the world with a brand-new attitude, and it will glow with the elegance of ancient villages.
