Confucius, the former master of Hulan, was a Chinese sacrifice, which was promoted to a big sacrifice in the thirty-third year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1907). Every year in the first month of Spring and Autumn, it is presided over by the local governor, but the scale is not large. During the Republic of China, every spring, a temporary tent was set up in the model small library, and representatives from all walks of life in the county, teachers and students held a ceremony to worship the Confucius. Although the ceremony was simple, it was also grand. Generally, the chief priest is the county magistrate, and the secondary priest is the director of education and the principal. Sacrificial activities such as beating drums, ringing bells, playing music, singing, reading eulogies and offering titles are generally arranged according to traditional procedures, and there are few discrepancies every year.
Hulan prepares the memorial service early every year, and according to the graphic requirements of Bashu Dance, selects physical education teachers to organize drills, and music teachers to organize drum bands and singing drills. Every activity has more than 2000 officials, gentry and people from all walks of life in the school. 1929, Confucius was first sacrificed in the Confucius Temple. 1935, the Confucius Temple became the official place to worship Confucius.
