Appreciation of Xie Tiao Villa in Xuanzhou "Farewell to Minister Shu Yun"

Farewell Minister Shu Yun of Xuanzhou Xie Tiao Villa.

Tang Libai

Since yesterday, I have to leave Bolt and me behind.

It hurts my heart even more today.

Autumn geese are escorted by Changfeng, and I treat them in this villa and drink my wine.

The bones of great writers are all your brushes. In Tianyuan, I grew up beside you, Xiao Xie.

We all yearn for the distance and want to go to the blue sky to embrace the bright moon.

When the water is cut off, there will be more water, and sorrow will come back, although we drown our sorrows in wine.

Since the world can't satisfy our desire, I will loosen my hair and get on a fishing boat tomorrow.

This is a farewell poem written by Li Bai for his uncle in Xuanzhou (now Xuancheng), Anhui Province. His idol Xie Tiao is the satrap, and his uncle's official position is the school book lang. Although this is a farewell poem, it is novel in conception.

The first two sentences begin with sadness and resentment, and three or four sentences turn to a bright and magnificent realm. In the autumn wind in Wan Li, I drank wine upstairs in Xie Tiao and bid farewell to Liu Yun. While praising Liu Yun's vigorous writing, he did not forget to pay tribute to his idol Xie Tiao. He was confident that he also had the same poetic style of fresh hair as his idol. We are all full of lofty sentiments and aspirations. We jumped into the sky, caught the bright moon, but cut off the water with a knife. When I think about the fate of life, my worries come from this. I wanted to drown my sorrows in wine, but I was preoccupied. If life in this world is not satisfactory, it is better to take a boat tomorrow and wander freely in the rivers and lakes without being polluted by this turbid world. The whole poem is full of ups and downs and vigorous momentum, but it is also free and easy when it is disturbed.

At this time, Li Bai has been away from Chang 'an for 10 years. During his ten-year wandering career, he visited Xie Tiao Tower and Jingting Mountain many times, just because these are the places where his idol Xie Tiao stayed. In the Qing Dynasty, Wang Shizhen wrote in On Poetry, "Violet only wrote Kyushu, but the six generations of lewd wow always failed. The soul of Bai Qingshan is there, the life of Xie Xuancheng. " Not many people worship Li Bai, but Xie Tiao is a minority.

Qiu Deng Xuancheng Xie Tiao North Building and Jinling West Building Seal are all written in memory of Xie Tiao. Sitting alone in Jingting Mountain, "birds fly high, lonely clouds go to leisure alone, and they never tire of looking at each other, only Jingting Mountain." Since then, Jingting Mountain and Xie Tiao Tower in Xuancheng, Anhui Province have also become tourist attractions with Li Bai's poems. Even Li Bai said that after his death, he and Xie Tiao would become "neighbors of different generations" and appreciate each other!

Li Bai believed in Taoism and visited Gehong with Du Fu. This poem also reflects Li Bai's mental journey from entering the WTO to being born. Zhuangzi said that Dapeng rides the wind, shouldering the blue sky of "water hammer three thousand Li, soaring to nine Wan Li". Li Bai had always believed that he was a Dapeng who "rose with the wind in one day and soared to Wan Li", but the reality was that he was frustrated in his career and social unrest, and he was worried and unhappy, so he had to "send a boat out to sea".
