Colorful Guizhou

When the summer vacation arrived, my parents and I came to Guizhou to enjoy the beautiful scenery there and feel the different customs from Hangzhou.

Guizhou is located in the southwest of China, where Miao and Dong people live together. There are many beautiful scenic spots in Guizhou: Zhijin Cave, Huangguoshu Waterfall, Dushan Forest Park, Miao Village and so on. ......

The first stop of Guizhou tourism, we went straight to Zhijin Cave. Some stones in the cave grow from the ground and are called stalagmites. Stalagmites have different shapes. There are also some stones hanging on the top of the cave, called stalactites. Stalactites are sometimes linked with stalagmites and are indomitable! The scenery in the cave dazzled me. Just like Grandma Liu visiting the Grand View Garden, I am constantly amazed!

The second stop, of course, is the famous Huangguoshu Waterfall! We drove and looked from a few kilometers away. Above the waterfall, there is a mist, just like a fairyland. As we approached, I saw the water from the waterfall rushing down. The sound of "bang" was deafening, and the splash was like a rainstorm. It's really spectacular!

The third place to relax is Dushan primeval forest. There are strange trees, flowers and all kinds of insects in the forest. Butterflies danced around me, cicadas kept singing, and I flew in the forest, as free as a bird.

Finally, we came to Miao village. People in Miao village wear colorful national costumes and perform Miao songs and dances, which are beautiful and moving. At night, colorful lights are lit, just like starlight!

Colorful Guizhou is really unforgettable!
