Singapore is a melting pot of culture, which makes people feel comfortable in the harmony between modern civilization and nature. There are all kinds of passers-by, China, Malays, Indians and Westerners. I am deeply impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of Singaporeans. Whether it is the staff who receive us to visit the school, the waiters in shops and restaurants, or even strangers, we will use all kinds of friendly greetings. If you ask them for help, even if they don't speak Mandarin, they will enthusiastically try their best to provide you with information. And whether they can help you or not, there is always a bright smile on my face, which makes me feel a pleasant humanistic atmosphere.
During our five days in Singapore, apart from going to the university for cultural exchange, we will naturally visit the famous scenic spots of the island country.
First of all, we enjoyed the City Hall, High Court, F 1 Raceway, Raffles Landing Site, Asian Museum, Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall. In Merlion Park, we not only got close contact with the majestic Merlion, but also witnessed several landmark buildings in Singapore. ?
The Singapore Peace Monument symbolizes the spirit of the struggle for survival of the four major races in Singapore during World War II, and also mourns the civilians who died during the Japanese occupation of Singapore during World War II.
