From here, you can take an ordinary coach or truck and continue to drive south.

Between 6: 30 and 80 in the morning, there are several long-distance buses to Pakse and sawngtaew( 15000 kip, two hours).

Every year, during the BunWatPhuChampasak Festival in champasak, the town gathers many pilgrims from nearby and far away. During this three-day Buddhist festival (usually within two months), pilgrims come around Wapu Temple in champasak along the winding mountain road to pray and worship all the way, and the band will play traditional and modern music; Young and old people dance together, and there are entertainment programs such as Muay Thai, comedy performances and cockfighting. On the way from the town to the temple, stalls selling food and drinks along the street are very prosperous, and the accommodation in the city was fully booked several weeks ago.
