Chengdu to Weihai self-driving tour strategy route planning

Chengdu is not close to Shandong. If you look closely, it is two provinces apart! It will definitely take some time to go back and forth. Maybe you can refer to the two routes given by the editor! These lines can basically reach most scenic spots in Shandong! I wish you all a pleasant journey. Option 1:

Route details: Chengdu - Nanchong - Dazhou - Ankang - Shiyan - Xiangyang - Nanyang - Zhoukou - Shangqiu - Xuzhou - (Weishan Lake) - (Taierzhuang Ancient City) - Linyi - Mengyin (Yimeng Mountain) - Rizhao (Wanpingkou) - Qingdao (Laoshan, Zhanqiao, Badaguan) - Rushan (Yintan) - Rongcheng (Chengshantou) - Weihai (Liugong Island, Huaxia City) - Penglai (Penglai Pavilion - Sanxian Mountain) - Penglai Port by boat (Changdao) - Penglai - Longkou (Nanshan) - Weifang - Qingzhou (Qingzhou Ancient City) - Zibo ——Jinan (the best spring in the world, Daming Lake, Thousand Buddha Mountain)—Tai’an (Mount Tai, Qi Great Wall)—Qufu (the ancient city of Ming Dynasty—Three Kongs)—Jining—Heze—Kaifeng—Zhengzhou—Luoyang ——Xi’an——Hanzhong——Guangyuan——Chengdu.

The total length of the line is about 5,000 kilometers, and all 11 5A-level scenic spots in Shandong are concentrated along the line (Taierzhuang Ancient City, Yimeng Mountain, Laoshan Mountain, Liugong Island, Huaxia City, Penglai Pavilion-Sanxian Mountain, Nanshan, Qingzhou Ancient City, the First Spring in the World, Mount Tai, the Ancient City of the Ming Dynasty - Three Kongs); five of the six national scenic spots (Laoshan Mountain, Jiaodong Peninsula Coastal Area, Qingzhou, Qianfo Mountain, Mount Tai, only Boshan Mountain has not been passed, if you want to Go, Boshan Scenic Area is very close to Qingzhou); all four world heritage sites (Qufu Three Kongs, Mount Tai, Qi Great Wall Tai'an Section, Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal); 9 of all 10 national historical and cultural cities (Jinan, Qingdao, Qufu , Tai'an, Linzi, Yantai, Qingzhou, Penglai, Zoucheng (only Liaocheng is far away from this route), it can basically be said that you have traveled all over Shandong in one trip, and there is basically no way back. Option 2:

The distance from Chengdu to Weihai is 2,140 kilometers. I recommend traveling in four sections.

The first day in Xi’an. People say that Xi'an is the most masculine city. Look at the thick city walls: gray and yellow earth tones, showing the imperial atmosphere of the ancient capital. When you arrive in Xi'an, you must visit the famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses!

The second section is from Xi'an to Zhengzhou. When it comes to history, Zhengzhou and Xi'an are very comparable! Zhengzhou seems to be the most qualified to call itself the "Hometown of Dragons". A large number of ruins fully affirm Zhengzhou's status as the earliest settlement of the Chinese nation and the birthplace of Chinese civilization. It is said that the Henan Museum houses the most beautiful and precious "radish" and "cabbage" in history. You can't miss it!

The third section is from Zhengzhou to Jinan. When you arrive in Jinan, the "Spring City", you can feel the simplicity and generosity of Shandong people! Of course, the famous "Baotu Soaring into the Sky" scenery of Baotu Spring, the world's largest spring, is also waiting for you there.

The last section: Jinan to Weihai. Weihai is not only a small seaside town, but also a "garden". Flowers, green trees, and sea breeze make walking here feel like wandering in a garden.

Well, the destination has arrived, and I wish you a happy journey!
