Is Wuxi Qingming Bridge Ancient Canal Scenic Area Interesting —— Introduction of Scenic Spots
Qingming Bridge Ancient Canal Scenic Area is located at the southern end of Wuxi city center. There are many historical and cultural landscapes in the scenic area. The main attractions are nanzenji, ancient canal cruise ship, Qingming Bridge, Wulongtan Ferry, Nanxiatang, Zhu's former residence, Canal Culture and Art Museum, etc. See below for details. Wuxi Qingming Bridge Ancient Canal Scenic Area introduces that nanzenji, nanzenji lives in downtown area, which makes people less expecting and surprised to find an ancient temple in the mountains, but we can't underestimate it. Du Mu Jiang Nanchun's sentence: "Four hundred and eighty halls in the southern dynasties, how many towers are misty and rainy" has long been a household name. Nanzenji is one of the 480 temples in the Southern Dynasties, dating back to 1450 years ago. The ancient canal cruise ship crosses the ancient bridge and the old pier. The ancient canal at night is a beautiful scenery. The dim light outlines the lines of the ancient eaves, and the red lanterns extend to both sides, which makes the ancient canal look extraordinarily quiet and long, as if it were a poem and painting with Jiangnan customs. Dagong Bridge Dagong Bridge, as its name suggests, was built in modern times, simple and practical, full of dedication. 1929 started and 1930 was completed. Because the Rong family built the Dagong Library, this bridge was named Dagong Bridge. Qingming Bridge Qingming Bridge is located at the intersection of the ancient canal and Dubo Port, on both sides of the Feijia Canal. The whole bridge is symmetrical, steady and majestic, which is the most famous scenic spot on the ancient canal in Wuxi and the most attractive place for Chinese and foreign tourists. The ancient mottled Qingming Bridge, white walls and tiles, and red lanterns are all Jiangnan customs. Especially at night, the magnificent ancient bridges and floating water lanterns are even more intoxicating? Wulongtan Ferry, the last artificial ferry in Wuxi, was once an important mode of travel for people on both sides of the old canal because of its important geographical location. In the past, there were many rivers and ports in the south of the Yangtze River, and the ferry was the only way to travel. At that time, there were many ferries in Wuxi. According to local historical records, there were more than 50 ferries in Wuxi during the Republic of China, and there were more than 20 ferries in Guyunhe alone. Walking in the south pond, I feel everything is quiet and peaceful. Deep alleys and quiet households are in sharp contrast with the bustling Nanchang Street on the other side of the river, precipitating a unique tranquility in downtown. Zhu's former residence, Zhu's house in Wuxi's hometown port, is half ancestral property (it is said that it is the property of his wife Chen), and the other half was expanded after he made his fortune in Shanghai. Zhu made a great contribution to the development of modern industry and commerce in China and had a great influence. His former residence has undergone a century of changes, but most of the houses are still there. The Grand Canal Culture and Art Museum is located in the west of Qingming Bridge, which is really rare. Different from the Canal Museum built in other canal cities, as an exhibition hall to show the humanistic customs of the ancient canal, the exhibition style is classical, atmospheric and steady. China Silk Industry Museum A large number of historical relics in the Silk Industry Museum are treasured and exhibited to the world. The China Silk Industry Museum shows the glorious course of the development of Wuxi and even China silk industry in the past century. According to reports, planting mulberry and sericulture has long been the main sideline of Wuxi rural areas. The owner of Qian's old house was a tribute student in the late Qing Dynasty, first a teacher. He founded the Yeqin Lace Company in the 1920s, producing "Baoxianhua" brand lace embroidery and exporting it to the European market. No.208 Nanchang Street is its former residence, and the old "Fill the Hall" plaque is embedded above the grotto door. The second entrance is a building with lattice wooden windows, long corridors, wooden guardrails, gourd-shaped cylindrical eaves, and exquisite carvings under the apron in front of the house. Ancient Kiln Ruins Museum Wuxi Ancient Kiln Group Ruins Museum was rebuilt by using the original site on Dayao Road, with a long water belt and a total exhibition area of 3,000 square meters. All kinds of brick products are on display. Dagong Bridge The bridge was built with the full support of the then industrial and commercial giants Rong Desheng and Rong Brothers, and was completed on 1930. Because the Rong family had the Dagong Library at that time, it was named Dagong Bridge. Nanchang Street is a post road opened in the Northern Song Dynasty, which connects Suzhou in the south and Changzhou in the north, and is parallel to the ancient canal of Shui Yi Road. Now Nanchang Street is becoming more beautiful, young and fashionable with an elegant, unique and colorful costume and charm, and is integrated into the slow life of Wuxi people.
