Matters needing attention in setting off fireworks and firecrackers:

1, choose a suitable place to set off fireworks. It is strictly forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in busy streets, theaters and other public places, forests, power facilities and places close to flammable and explosive materials. Fireworks and firecrackers shall comply with the relevant safety regulations of the local government.

Fireworks should not be put upside down.

It is best to use objects or appliances to set off fireworks that spit beads on the ground. If you really need to set off fireworks by hand, you can only hold the end of the barrel with your fingers and don't point the bottom at the palm of your hand. When setting off fireworks, use incense sticks or cigarettes to light them, not open flames. After lighting, straighten your arms, put the fireworks mouth up, light the tail toward the ground and shoot into the air. It is forbidden to discharge in buildings and balconies.

When discharging spray, small fireworks and combined fireworks, they should be placed flat on the ground and fastened. There should be no tumbling phenomenon when discharging, and those who light the fuse should leave immediately.
