Places of interest in Sha Tin Town

Shatian Town is known as Little Guilin. Places of interest include Longjing ancient dwellings, Mafeng Wugui Bridge, Daodong Luoxian Rock, Magingtang Golden Turtle Pond, etc. The Longjing spring water in the Longjing ancient dwellings emerges from the bottom of the well in strings of water beads; the stream flows continuously all year round. The ancient wells are all made of stone bricks, surrounded by flowers, plants and trees, which is very beautiful. Mafeng Wugui Bridge was built in the Guangxu year of the Qing Dynasty (1826). It is entirely built with square stones and has three curves arching over the moon. It has exquisite design and beautiful shape.
