2. Shi's Tomb

The tombs of Shi Lang and Shi Shilun are both in Huangtang Town, Hui'an. Only a few kilometers.

Shi Lang (1621-1696) was a native of Yakou, Jinjiang. He was initially a subordinate of Zheng Zhilong. Later, he was sentenced to surrender to the Qing Dynasty and became the admiral of the Fujian Navy. In the 22nd year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, he was awarded the title of General Jinghai for his contribution to the pacification of Taiwan, and was granted the title of Marquis of Jinghai in the Jin Dynasty. After his death, he was given to the Prince Shaofu and was buried at the foot of Huku Village, Huangtang Town, Hui'an. The tombstone is engraved with "The tomb of Emperor Guanglu of the Qing Dynasty, Prince Shaofu Jinghai, General Xiangzhuang Shi Gong", and on both sides is engraved "First-class wife Wang Shi, first-class wife Huang Shi". The tomb faces south, with the tomb area running from north to south. It is divided into five terraces. There are four statues of civil and military Weng Zhong, a pair of horses, tigers, sheep, lions, Huabiao, and thirty-seven emperors of Kangxi. The annual memorial stele pavilion, the imperial burial tomb and the turtle stele pavilion were given. The appearance of this tomb is the largest Qing Dynasty tomb in southern Fujian. The stone carvings are quite exquisite and have certain artistic value.

3. People’s Liberation Army Temple

The only “People’s Liberation Army Temple” in the country. On September 17, 1949, some officers and soldiers of the 251st Regiment of the 84th Division of the 28th Army of the Ye Fei Corps arrived at Xisha Bay, Chongwu. On that day, five soldiers died trying to rescue a thirteen-year-old girl from an air raid. Another 19 soldiers fought. Death battlefield. The local people buried the martyrs ceremoniously in the nearby sand and built a small house of 12 square meters on the grave according to local customs as a memorial. Therefore, local people call them "24 adults". For more than half a century, the rescued little girl has been a mother and a grandmother, and has always paid her respects at the grave of "24 adults" in the pious way of Hui'an girls.

In 1993, she took the lead in donating the 60,000 yuan she had saved through frugality. At the same time, she endured the humiliation and went around "begging for alms" to collect enough money to build the main hall and other buildings.
