Should the travel agency take responsibility for the sudden death of tourists during the tour?

Legal analysis: The sudden death of tourists in the process of traveling depends on whether the travel agency should compensate. Article 80 Tourism operators shall explain or warn tourists in advance in an express way about the following matters in tourism activities:

(a) the correct use of related facilities and equipment;

(2) Necessary safety precautions and emergency measures;

(3) Business premises, facilities and equipment that are not open to tourists;

(four) groups that are not suitable to participate in related activities;

(five) other circumstances that may endanger the personal and property safety of tourists.

Article 81 After an emergency or a tourism safety accident occurs, the tour operators shall immediately take necessary rescue and disposal measures, fulfill their reporting obligations according to law, and properly arrange tourists.
