There is an ancient temple in the Tang Dynasty on the mountain, which was built in 742 AD (the first year of Tianbao). According to legend, monk Faqin came to Mao Jie to preach and was named "the first Zen master in China". To the Southern Song Dynasty, Song Xiaozong kissed Jingshan, Sheng Xing and manjuji "; Jiading is also listed as the first of the five temples in the south of the Yangtze River. At its peak, there were many palaces and pavilions, with 3,000 monks, and it was known as the "first Buddhist temple in Southeast China".

The main attractions are: Song Yuan Tianfeng, Lingyan Drinking Stone, Suspension Bridge West Pavilion, Longbi Fountain, Longling Fishing, etc. Historical sites include Longjing in Tang Dynasty, Imperial Monument in Song Dynasty, Ancient Pagoda in Yuan Dynasty, Bronze Bell in Ming Dynasty and Lu Yu Spring. Lu Yu Spring, also known as Lujiajing, is located at the head of Shuangxi Pavilion. The depth of the well is not enough and the drought is not serious. According to legend, it is the place where Lu Yu collects spring tea. Lu Yu once wrote tea classics here.

Famous tea, spring water and boiled bamboo shoots are the three treasures of Jingshan. Jingshan Yunwu Tea is a famous tea in China and enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad. Jingshan and Japan have a long history of friendship. It is the ancestral home of Lin Ji School in Japan, and the Japanese tea ceremony also originated from Jingshan Tea Banquet. There is an ancient town of Yuhang in the south of Shandong Province with a history of more than two thousand years. There are twin towers, Shuichengmen, Tongji Bridge and Anle Mountain in the town. The newly-built Beijing-Hangzhou Paradise in the west of the city is called Xiaoxihu Lake, with pleasant scenery and exhibition halls for Yang Naiwu and Chinese cabbage. Yang Naiwu's tomb, Chinese cabbage's tomb and becoming a monk are all in the town. There is a showroom of Zhang Taiyan's former residence in Dongcangqian Town.
