The origin of the place name of the old town

According to the "Shulu County Chronicle": In the fifteenth year of Tianbao in the Tang Dynasty, Emperor Ming used Anlu Mountain to rebel and changed the name of Lucheng in Raoyang to Shulu, which is where the city was. From the Tang Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty, this was the county seat of Shulu. In the second year of Ming Dynasty (AD 1623), the Hutuo River broke through Nirvana Village in Jinzhou and entered the city. It was injected from Nanwei Bodong, broke through the south embankment, and flooded the city. Qie Zhi moved here to the new city. From then on, this place was called the Old City, which is still used today. The commune got its name from the place where it was located.
