The two-week training ended like this, which made me gain a lot. Our division of labor is clear. Generally speaking, our group has accomplished the established tasks well. Everyone completed their task well, and from time to time, they helped the team members to figure out some problems.

The training has made me understand plc ladder diagram, instruction list and external wiring diagram better, and also let me know more about the design principle of PLC. There are many design ideas from reality, from which the most suitable design method can be found. This training can't be separated from the collective strength, and we can discuss and communicate with our classmates when we encounter problems.

The practical training soon came to an end! A little reluctant.

during the training period, we understand that comprehensive practical activities are comprehensive learning activities conducted independently by students under the guidance of teachers. We chose the topic of the comprehensive practical activity of "Love to eat vegetables". After some discussions and teachers' optimization of the activity plan, we were divided into groups, and I was arranged to conduct outdoor investigation and visit in the outdoor investigation team. Our group learned a lot about vegetables in the farmland vegetable market and realized that it was not easy for farmers to grow vegetables. During this period, I also worked as a photographer, taking photos of various activities of the team members and recording some videos of the team members consulting local people about vegetable planting knowledge. I think our outdoor investigation team has done a very successful job!

When studying the performance of primary school students, the investigation and processing potential of primary school students was underestimated, and the results of the activity survey could not be better analyzed and reported. Moreover, the knowledge of vegetables was not well publicized in the report. Although there are many loopholes, the overall classroom effect is still good!

According to the course arrangement, we conducted a week-long UG training, and today is the last day of UG training. Although I'm so busy every day, looking back, it's quite fulfilling. Imagine the design of each standard part, then the design of each part, and finally assemble all the parts you designed together. They are all three-dimensional, and like real parts, they all have a sense of accomplishment when you think about it. Of course, there are also various problems in the design process, such as sometimes moving the coordinate system to another place in order to make a threaded hole, and then encountering "over-constraint" during assembly, etc. In short, there are many various problems.

Some problems are solved by yourself, and some are discussed with others'. If you really can't solve them, ask the teacher. These problems have been solved perfectly. All the parts have been designed and assembled, so what remains is to write a training report. What is it? It is the process of describing the design of various standard parts, components and assembly in language. At that time, I knew what was easy to operate and difficult to describe. When I described the whole operation process in words, I was shocked when I looked at it. I even got more than 1 thousand words with screenshots and words. I can't imagine it.

After a week of intensive training, I am not afraid of the exam, but full of confidence. The teacher gave us a detailed introduction to the relevant knowledge of milling workers and the types, principles and usage of milling machines. Milling machines are divided into vertical and horizontal types. The workpiece to be processed is clamped on the flat pliers of the workbench, and the horizontal, vertical and up-and-down movements are controlled by the feed turntable, while the cutter remains motionless, which is just the opposite of the lathe.

after being familiar with the working principle and operation of the milling machine, the teacher gave us the task of milling off four sides of a cylinder, with the required side length of 28cm. We clamped the workpiece on the flat pliers, and then turned the turntable to control the position of the flat pliers. When the cutter is basically in the central position, we started to align the cutter. After aligning, we turned the turntable as required, milling off 2cm at a time. Starting to process the workpiece, in a short time, a standard square was born on the milling machine under the cutting of the tool.

Milling workers have high processing efficiency and are commonly used tools for metal cutting. It is widely used in production. I hope I can have more opportunities to participate in this training in the future practice and constantly enhance my hands-on ability. With the patient and meticulous teaching of the masters and our active cooperation, I thoroughly understood that practice is the real standard to test the truth. The readings of vernier calipers I learned before were very vague, and the requirements for errors were high, so I still felt passable. However, this training required that the errors of the workpieces were all .1mm, which caught me off guard. Under the guidance of the teacher, I have basically mastered the reading of vernier caliper through this training. What seems simple is not so simple when it comes to application.

Training purpose: Milling training is one of the necessary ways for students in cutting technology. In these days, we use the interdisciplinary simulation training system of learning and business management, combined with the comprehensive practice curriculum resource system, to carry out tasks in the panoramic simulation environment of modern enterprise operation.

I was assigned to an accounting firm in the modern service area and played the role of an accountant in the business department. Our accounting firm is called Hongde Accounting Firm. As a salesman in an accounting firm for the first time, I am not very familiar with the roles and responsibilities. I read the relevant information provided by the teacher and the job description issued by the chief accountant, and understand that the accountant in the business department has the responsibilities and authority to manage the unit and implement accounting supervision.

Our Hongde Certified Public Accountants started registration, tax registration, opening a bank account, and formulating the accounting firm's work system and annual work plan, and encountered many problems during the period. We tried to solve the problems one by one by consulting network materials and discussing with other students, and also learned a lot of knowledge and gained rich practical experience. When dealing with daily business, the relevant customer manufacturing companies need loans. On October 25th, I participated in the simulated training of job creation. Although this training lasted only 8 days, it really taught me a lot. When a college student walks out of campus, the first thing he has to face is the problem of work. We should have a clear direction: entrepreneurship or employment. If you are employed, you should know what kind of work you want to do, which is related to your major or what you are interested in; If you start a business, you should also know your own entrepreneurial direction and conduct some research on the market.

this simulation training is to let us experience the process of creating jobs first. In the teaching process, we are divided into 8 groups and set up 8 companies. Our company is Suzhou Lusen Farm Tourism Simulation Co., Ltd., and I am the financial manager. I found that in order to set up a company, my department has a lot of things to do, such as formulating the management method of daily expense reimbursement, establishing the salary system, keeping a running account of funds and making a cost budget. It can be seen that in the early days of the company's establishment, we should carefully manage all affairs.

Through this training, we can clearly feel the strength of team unity. The six of us worked together to exchange the company's project, the company's name, slogan and trademark, and the company's products, making it a distinctive farm. When this farm took shape, I really felt very happy.

This comprehensive wiring training is divided into two stages. One stage is the theoretical design of the comprehensive wiring system in the engineering training building of XX College of Applied Engineering in our school, and the other stage is the three-day comprehensive wiring simulation training in XX College.

Through the study, I learned that integrated wiring is a kind of pre-wiring, which is like a highway in an intelligent building. We can connect 3A cables in the civil construction stage, and what systems will be installed or added in the integrated wiring building and the inner building, and we can completely decide according to the needs, development and possibility. PDS is only a part of an intelligent building, so PDS cannot be regarded as an intelligent building. As long as there is an "expressway" and an "integrated wiring system", what "car" you want to run and what system you want to go to, it will become very simple.

Through practical training, I have further understood the design steps and construction methods of integrated wiring. First of all, the design, I can say that I don't know anything at first, but now I have made a design drawing, and I feel a sense of pride when I look at the design drawing I designed. Secondly, the application ability of Visio software has been improved, from drawing only according to the drawings in the book to drawing the floor plan of the fifth floor of the science and technology building and the distribution map of information points alone in the end; Then there is that I laid all the bridges. Although I still don't understand many places, I have at least felt them, and I can know more after I know them. Finally, I think I gained the most from this training: I got a preliminary understanding of the design, construction and inspection of the whole system of integrated wiring, which is the place I gained the most.
