The college insists on discipline construction as the leader, attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff and scientific research, and strives to build a teaching staff with high teaching level, strong scientific research ability, reasonable knowledge and age structure. The college has full-time teachers 12 1 person, including 48 professors and associate professors, 32 doctors, and national excellent teachers 1 person.
