For small and micro taxi passenger vehicles (except pure electric vehicles) and motorcycles, the relevant departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Stricter service life regulations than the above may be formulated based on local actual conditions, but the service life of small and micro taxis shall not be less than 6 years, the three-wheel motorcycles shall not be less than 10 years, and the other motorcycles shall not be less than 11 years.
