What do you need to start a small travel agency? Better be specific.

1. Go to the local competent industrial and commercial bureau to approve the name;

2. The registered capital of a travel agency shall meet the following requirements:

(a) the registered capital of the international travel agency is not less than 654.38 yuan+500,000 yuan;

(two) domestic travel agencies, the registered capital of not less than 300 thousand yuan;

3. To apply for the establishment of a travel agency, a quality deposit shall be paid to the tourism administration department in accordance with the following standards:

(a) an international travel agency engaged in inbound tourism business, paying 600,000 yuan; Engaged in outbound tourism business, pay 6,543,800 yuan.

(two) domestic travel agencies, pay 6.5438 million yuan. The quality deposit and the interest generated during the period when the tourism administrative department is responsible for management belong to the travel agency; Tourism administrative departments may, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, extract a certain proportion of management fees from interest.

4. To apply for the establishment of a travel agency, the following documents shall be submitted to the Tourism Bureau:

(1) An application for establishment;

(2) A feasibility study report on the establishment of a travel agency;

(3) Articles of association of the travel agency;

(4) Resumes of the manager and deputy manager of the travel agency and qualification certificates specified in Item (3) of Article 6 of these Regulations;

(5) All capital credit certificates issued by the bank where the account is opened, and capital verification reports issued by certified public accountants and their accounting firms or audit firms;

(6) Proof of business place;

(seven) proof of operating equipment.

5. Go to the industrial and commercial bureau to apply for a license and prepare materials:

(1) application form for enterprise establishment registration (including application form for enterprise establishment registration, list of unit investors (unit shareholders and promoters), list of natural person shareholders (promoters), list of investors of sole proprietorship enterprise and partners of partnership enterprise, payment of registered capital (registered capital and contribution) of investors, and registration form of legal representative).

(2) Articles of Association (submit a printed copy and ask all shareholders to sign it; Corporate shareholders, need to build the official seal of the legal entity);

(3) A capital verification report issued by a statutory capital verification institution;

(4) Notice of pre-approval of enterprise name and list of investors whose names have been pre-approved;

(five) the qualification certificate of shareholders;

(6) power of attorney (power of attorney);

(7) enterprise secretary (contact) registration form;

(8) the approval document of the Tourism Bureau.

6. Go to the Technical Supervision Administration to handle the organization code;

7. Go to the tax bureau for tax registration.
