2) Letters in English or Hebrew from relevant Israeli companies or institutions to the Consular Section of the Israeli Embassy shall be printed on the official documents of the company or institution, signed by the person in charge of the company or institution and stamped with the official seal of the company or institution. Copies, faxes, scanned copies and emails are not accepted. The contents of the letter shall include:

(1) The nature of Israeli invitation companies and their relationship with visa applicants.

(2) The name, passport number, company name and position of the person in charge of the inviting party.

(3) The purpose and duration of the Israeli inviter's invitation to the visa applicant to visit Israel; If the visa applicant's expenses during his visit to Israel are borne by Israel, it should also be indicated.

3) The Israeli inviter shall explain the activities of the visa applicant during his stay in Israel and ensure that the visa applicant will return to China as scheduled.

4) A formal English letter of guarantee issued by the China unit where the visa applicant is currently working. The letter of guarantee should be printed on the official documents of the unit, and stamped with the official seal of the unit and the personal signature of the person in charge. Copies, faxes, scanned copies and emails are not accepted. The contents of the letter of guarantee shall include:

(1) Prove that the visa applicant is a full-time employee of the unit and its professional title.

(2) To prove that the visa applicant is indeed visiting Israel at the invitation of relevant Israeli companies or institutions.

(3) Explain that the expenses incurred by the visa applicant during his visit to Israel shall be borne by the Chinese side or the Israeli side.

(4) The sponsor visa applicant can return to China on schedule after the visit.

5) If the visa applicant's current work unit in China is an enterprise, it is required to provide a copy of the business license of the enterprise and a copy, and the copy shall be stamped with the official seal. After the visa application materials are reviewed, a copy of the business license will be returned to the visa applicant.

6) A complete English visa application form can be filled in at the embassy visa office.

7) Two recent two-inch color photos (35mmX45mm) of the visa applicant, with a light blue background, one posted in the upper right corner of the application form, and the other with the name written on the back, sandwiched in the passport).

8) A valid passport of the visa applicant (valid for at least six months).

9) The business card of the visa applicant.

2. Visa for visiting relatives: It is applicable to those who visit relatives and friends in Israel.

1) Israeli Interior Ministry visa permit (that is, the visa is returned through the Israeli Interior Ministry). This document needs to be applied by the relatives and friends of the visa applicant in Israel to the Israeli Ministry of Interior on behalf of the visa applicant. (2) A visa application form in English in duplicate can be filled in at the visa office of the embassy.

(3) A statement in Chinese and English about whether the visa applicant has worked in Israel before and whether any close relatives have worked in Israel can be filled in at the visa office of the embassy.

5. Transit visa: It is applicable to those who need to transit in the State of Israel because they are going to a third country on the flight of Israel Airlines. If the transit time does not exceed 24 hours and you do not leave the airport, you do not need to apply for a transit visa.

Step 2: Pay the visa fee at CITIC Bank (designated outlets).

Step 6: After receiving all the materials of the visa applicant, the visa office of the embassy will review the visa application materials within four to ten working days, and reply whether the visa has been granted and whether other materials need to be supplemented.

Step 7: When submitting the application materials, the visa applicant should specify the detailed contact information so that the visa office of the embassy can contact the visa applicant in time.

Step 8: The visa applicant can contact the visa office of the embassy to check the acceptance of the visa application within four to ten working days after submitting all the application materials.

Step 9: After receiving the visa, you should carefully check whether all the information on the visa is correct, especially whether the starting and ending time and the number of days of stay of the visa are consistent with the application, and whether the personal information such as the name on the visa is spelled correctly.
