If you want to visit Osaka, Kyoto, or Nara, and the time is extremely tight, I think it will take at least four days. When I traveled to Japan last month, I spent four days in Kansai, two days in Kyoto, one day in Nara, and one day in Osaka. On the first day, we flew to Osaka International Airport and then took the high-speed train to Kyoto Station. On this day, I only went to Kiyomizu Temple. Since it was noon when we first arrived in Kyoto, we only spent one afternoon at Kiyomizudera Temple. The next morning we went to Fukken Road and Taisha, had lunch at Kyoto Station at noon, and transferred to Arashiyama in the afternoon.

On the morning of the third day, I went to the shrine and then rushed to Nara. Arrive at Nara Station at noon and spend the afternoon at Nara Park.

Take the subway to Osaka in the evening, and then travel upstream to visit Doton Rise and Shinsaibashi in one night. On the morning of the fourth day, I went to Tenjukaku in Osaka City, stayed there for half an hour, and then rushed to Universal Studios. Then we spent a day at Universal Studios, and then took JR to Osaka International Airport in the afternoon.

Osaka is a central city. It is about 50 kilometers from Osaka to Kyoto, about 40 kilometers from Osaka to Nara, and about 40 kilometers from Osaka to Kobe.
