Who wants to take stock of their own skin care and makeup stockings and experience?
I would like to take stock of my skin care and makeup stockings and usage experience during my break from work. You are welcome to come and share your favorite skin care and makeup products.
First, let’s talk about international practices: Female, 26 years old, with mixed-oily skin, located in a humid southwest city, between yellow and white to two whites, thick and insensitive skin, with blackheads, which will grow when under heavy work pressure For acne, the main demands are anti-darkness and oxidation, moisturizing, cost-effectiveness, and not superstitious about big brands.
1. Facial cleansers, cleansing oils and cleansing products
Because I have combination oily and thick skin, I prefer facial cleansing products with strong cleaning power. And I personally feel that the facial cleanser doesn't stay on the face for long, so I don't need to pursue too many additional functions. It just needs to be clean and non-drying. In normal times, wash your face with warm water in the morning, and then use a soft cotton towel to remove the water; at night, choose soap-based and amino acid facial cleansers depending on the season and oil production. Most of the time, I use affordable amino acid facial cleansers, usually the famous Internet celebrity Pond's Rice Extract and Hadaru Jirun facial cleansers. In the hottest season or if I produce too much oil, I switch to Dabao's hydrogel moisturizing facial cleanser. This one is soap-based and has strong cleaning power, but it doesn't feel too dry after washing. Now I am using Dove's facial cleanser that foams directly when pressed, but I feel that the cleansing feeling is not very good. After washing, I always feel that there is residue on my face, and I am not used to it being slippery. In fact, I have tried various cleansing samples from counters before, such as Estee Lauder Pomegranate Facial Cleanser, Shiseido's rose-scented facial cleanser, and FreePlus. I don't think there is anything better than open shelves, so I still save my money. Spend it wisely. I haven’t stocked up on facial cleansers. I will continue to repurchase Pond’s Rice Extract and Dabao Hydrogel after I use them up. Regarding washing your face, I sincerely recommend that you replace your face towel with a disposable cotton towel to keep it clean and hygienic to avoid bacterial growth. Used cotton towels can also be dried and used to clean shoes and tables for secondary use. In fact, it is not a waste. As for cleansing oil, I recommend Freeplus’s cleansing oil, which is relatively thick and fully emulsified, so it has great cleaning power. I usually wear light makeup, very light eyeshadow, no mascara, and no eyeliner, so I generally don’t use a makeup remover for my eyes and lips alone. I just use two pumps of this on my face, emulsify it thoroughly, wash it off with water, and then follow the cleansing process. . I found that this cleansing oil also has a certain effect on dissolving blackheads on the nose. As long as you ensure sufficient massage and complete emulsification, the blackheads can be dissolved to a certain extent. I am currently using the Kao Biore cleansing oil in a purple bottle that has received a lot of positive reviews on Weibo recently. I always feel that it is lighter and thinner, the emulsification is not very obvious, and the makeup removal power is a little weak, not as good as FreePlus. Maybelline Eye and Lip Remover is powerful enough to remove makeup, but the water and oil are separated too quickly, and the makeup remover is a bit irritating, so lazy people like me don't like it. I still have a stockpile of Pond's yellow cleansing oil that I haven't tried yet. I heard that this product is thick but prone to acne breakouts, so I'm still looking forward to it but worried about it. The ones that I’m quite interested in right now are the Grapefruit Cleansing Milk and RMK Rose Cleansing Balm. I’ll buy them to try after I use up my stock.
2. Moisturizing water
In my opinion, the function of moisturizing water is to fully infiltrate the stratum corneum to facilitate the subsequent absorption of the essence. Therefore, there is no need to use ladies’ products in this step. Of course, this is just a personal opinion and has no theoretical basis. The main moisturizing water products I have used include the following:
Hasera Jirun Moisturizing Water (refreshing type and moisturizing type): cheap and good-quality, the product I buy and use most often. There are slight differences between the Japanese version and the domestic version, but they can be ignored. My method of use is to take the appropriate product and apply it on my face as soon as possible after washing my face. After it is absorbed, apply it again until my skin feels fully hydrated. I usually apply it three or four times. I usually don't use cotton pads or pat. I always feel that using a cotton pad will abrade the skin, and I don’t think it will promote absorption if I pat it on. In fact, there are many affordable moisturizing lotions in Japan that use hyaluronic acid as the main ingredient, such as JUJU’s hyaluronic acid moisturizing lotion. The price and efficacy are similar to those of Hadera, and they are also very easy to use.
Yue Sai Vitality Water and Honeydew: It has a slight smell of alcohol and essence. It will sting a little when you use it if you have skin allergies. The moisturizing effect is not as good as Hadabo. The advertised anti-yellowing function is not very visible. But it is also a qualified bottle of moisturizing water. Honeydew is not that irritating. Its oil-in-water texture is more suitable for dry autumn and winter, and its effects are similar.
Shiseido’s products: I have used the joint venture Opalai Time Lock series and the wholly-owned Yuewei series. The fragrance is very high-end, the texture is very light and thin, and the moisturizing function is average. It is milder than the water of vitality, but it is also How good it feels.
Currently, I stock up on Orbis' Yu series essence water and Kaiyan moisturizing type. I plan to focus on Kaiyan after using it up. It is moisturizing, does not add anything else, and the price is very reasonable. It is enough for me.
Changcao Yuemu's source of mushroom series, mushroom water essence cream and mask.
3. Essence
I think essence and eye cream are the most worthwhile places to spend money, because they are the ones that can best perform their functions and meet our skin care needs. According to my age and skin condition, my skin care requirements are mainly antioxidant and whitening in spring and summer, and stabilizing, moisturizing and whitening in autumn and winter. Let me tell you my thoughts based on my request:
Maintaining stability and moisturizing: Estee Lauder’s small brown bottle is highly recommended. It has a very good repairing and calming effect, and its moisturizing power is also qualified.
It's also great to use Elizabeth Arden's Golden Time Capsule when it's the coldest. Although it has an oily texture, it's absorbed quickly and has strong repairing power. After using it at night, your complexion will look fair and even in the morning. The most popular one is Arden's Orange Essence, which is said to be one of the essences with the best antioxidant function.
If you just want to moisturize, Taiyang Society’s hyaluronic acid is cheap and big, but the moisturizing effect is not compromised at all.
Anti-oxidant dullness: If you have tolerant skin and want to take strong medicine, I recommend Timeless's CEF essence. It has a very good effect in removing acne marks and anti-oxidation. After using it, the skin will not be dull for a day, but it is relatively Wow, it feels so sour when there are wounds on the face... A milder essence is AESOP's parsley seed essence. The anti-darkness effect is slower, but it is very comfortable and gentle to use.
My favorite in summer is of course Fairy Water. I really love it if I have mixed-oily skin. It has immediate anti-darkness and oil reduction effects. On average, I consume the maximum capacity of one bottle every summer. Poor people generally do not use wet compresses or cotton pads, but apply them with their hands. The best way to use it officially recommended is to pat it on with a cotton pad. I will definitely try it when I have money.
Whitening: The one with the best effect I have ever used is Seberg's Vitamin C powder. It whitens the whole face very quickly, and it also removes new acne marks locally. However, I accidentally exposed it to the sun. If so, black will come back very quickly. And the price is also relatively expensive.
Olay’s small white bottle containing high concentration of niacinamide is also effective. When combined with Neutrogena A alcohol, the effect is outstanding! I have combination skin and I don’t feel oily when I use it in the hottest summer. It is very easy to absorb. When I wake up the next day, I find that my skin has become softer, less oil is produced, and my skin tone is obviously brightened. It will be used as a common routine in the future.
Ordinary is quite popular recently. It mainly contains active ingredients and no added fragrance. I really want to try it.
A must-have in spring and autumn is of course the Estee Lauder small brown bottle. It has the smell of Chinese medicine and has a very good repairing function. Sometimes, if you accidentally pick out the pimples on your face, apply a little overnight and it will feel better the next day than if you don't apply anything at all. There is also an unopened bottle of 100ml bought in a duty-free shop, and I will focus on it next year.
In winter, I have used Arden Golden Time Capsule, Clarins Double Extract Essence, Anna Berlin’s orange blossom honey and rose honey, all of which are in the form of oil or a mixture of water and oil. The effects are all very good, you can choose any one. After that, I started to use Lamer skin care oil and Guerlain golden recovery honey.
