Management position: undertake administrative work.

Familiar with relevant policies and regulations and the business of the department, perform management functions and service obligations, have certain official document writing ability, and be competent for the job requirements of management positions.

2. Recruitment objectives and conditions

2. Qualification examination

3. Written test and interview

Candidates for teaching and scientific research positions are interviewed and tried by schools or secondary teaching institutions. The professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality of the main test positions are generally interviewed in the form of trial lectures or defense, and the secondary teaching units organize experts to evaluate them.

Applicants for management positions and other professional and technical positions and other non-teaching and scientific research positions shall be interviewed and written by the school.
