People who really strive to grow know how to focus on themselves.

1.

I got up at 6 o'clock this morning on time, feeling very fulfilled and in a good mood. Prepare to wash, write and recite words, and start the day's efforts. I am used to bringing my mobile phone into the bathroom, and it is amazing to brush my circle of friends. Miss C is traveling in Spain, Mr D is chic in Czech Republic, and Miss B has exposed a group of difficult yoga. Their rich, successful and beautiful life images suddenly came to my mind. I really envy them.

On the other hand, life is really "life", which is flat and has not improved much. My mood became a little bad for no reason, and I lost interest in writing. As a result, I dawdled all morning and did nothing.

Why have all the good efforts disappeared? Because I spent my hard time admiring others, because I focused most of my attention on others.

2.

Occasionally remind yourself in time and pull your attention back to yourself. But in this world, there are still many people who spend a lot of time and energy paying attention to others, not themselves.

I have a friend who especially likes to pay attention to the dynamics of people around me. One thing you must do every day is to brush your circle of friends. When you meet, you always like to gossip about others. When she heard that others were unhappy and going downhill, she felt that she had a good life. Seeing others going abroad, famous brands and happiness, she was stimulated and felt that she was a failure.

But strangely, I have known her for two or three years, and I haven't seen any big growth and changes, because she spends most of her attention on others and compares with herself. We should pay more attention to who you are, what you are doing, what you have and what kind of person you want to be. Not how others are doing. It is not in other people's actions, but in your constant actions that you can find your salvation.

Instead of taking time to envy others, it is better to focus on yourself. Where your attention is, your energy is there. Where there is attention, there is growth.

3.

Focus on yourself and know what you really want.

Too many people do not know what they really want. I want what others have, the best. I want to pursue what everyone is pursuing, and I want to be more decent than others. So we have been comparing, anxious and chasing.

And those who are truly powerful and grow rapidly usually know what they want early. They have enough motivation to stay focused and act without keeping up with others.

The girl B mentioned above is such a person. Girl B is my college roommate. Her English has been improving since she entered the first year of college. There is always an English dictionary on her desk. The most frequent friends are international students, but we are obviously from the Chinese Department.

Junior and senior, everyone is busy with internships and job hunting. With a calm face, she is teaching foreigners to learn Chinese while preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination. There are more and more international students during their graduate studies, and they have also studied abroad for half a year. Originally, she planned to be a teacher at Confucius Institute for two years after graduation. Unfortunately, she failed one of the tests, so she went to a private high school in China to teach English to foreign students.

A year later, she returned to her hometown, married a classmate who pursued her for ten years, and then set up her own Sino-British Academy. Now my career is booming, my life is complete, and even practicing yoga is almost perfect.

Along the way, girl B knows exactly what she wants to do, so she grows and changes very quickly. Those who know what they want simply can't spare the time and attention to pay attention to others. They are determined to realize their blueprint step by step at their own pace.

4.

Continuous action is the only way to grow. But what can persist is to follow your own rhythm. Focus on yourself, keep your own rhythm, and not be disturbed by the outside world.

I once used 1 12 km to cross the Gobi desert on foot for 4 days and 3 nights. On the first day, in order to walk in front of the team, I put a lot of attention on others, and when I saw that others were going to surpass me, I accelerated my pace. If I fall behind too much, I will run. Although I reached the finish line with a very high score that day, I obviously felt very tired.

The next day, I changed my strategy and followed my own pace and rhythm. I no longer care how many people pass me, and I am not affected by the speed of others. Obviously, I was at the back of the line from the beginning, but the more I went to the back, the more I went to the front. When others slow down, I still keep my own speed; I was still moving on when others stopped. When others can't walk, I still walk.

On that day, I actually got better grades than the day before, but I was not tired physically and mentally. Because my attention is always on myself, find the rhythm that suits me best and keep it. The fastest speed is not always ahead of your opponent, but at your own speed.

5.

We can never be others. Why should we spend so much time on others? Please pay attention to yourself and live high.

Nick vujicic said in the book "Life is Unlimited": If you can live your true self, your existence is immortal. Only by living a good life can a person have his own unique charm.

Life is not an exam, but a measure of scores. The philosopher Russell also said: "Unequal polymorphism is the source of happiness." It is true that each of us is not perfect, but we are all talking about China. You just need to pay attention to yourself and grow into yourself.

To focus on yourself is to stick a needle in your heart. No matter how stormy it is outside, you can stick to your actions, stick to your vision and follow your own pace. Sooner or later, you will also become the person envied by others. But you know, it doesn't matter. The important thing is to live as you envy.
