Pingliang is a prefecture-level city in Gansu Province.

Pingliang City, located in the east of Gansu Province, is the "Golden Triangle" where Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia provinces meet. It spans Longshan (Guanshan), bordering Xianyang in Shaanxi in the east, Dingxi and Baiyin in Gansu in the west, Baoji in Shaanxi and Tianshui in Gansu in the south, and Guyuan in Ningxia and Qingyang in Gansu in the north.
