How many years is the national land use right?
(1) Time limit for allocation of land use right: If the land use right is obtained by allocation according to the provisions of this Law, the time limit for use is not limited, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) Transfer period of land use right: 70 years for residential land, 50 years for industrial land, 50 years for education, science, technology, culture, health and sports land, 40 years for commercial tourism and entertainment land, and 50 years for comprehensive or other land.
2. Farmers' collective land use right.
(1) Term of use of agricultural land: 30 years for cultivated land, 30 to 50 years for grassland and 30 to 70 years for forest land. The term of use of special trees can be extended with the approval of the forestry administrative department of the State Council.
(2) Term of the right to use the homestead: it is indefinite and can be inherited by one's own children.
(3) Duration of construction land use right: The land use right obtained through land allocation and rural construction land use procedures is indefinite; If the right to use the construction land is obtained through transfer, the term of use shall be the same as the term of transfer of the land use right.

Article 10 The plot, use, fixed number of years and other conditions for transferring the land use right shall be drawn up by the land administration department of the people's government of the city or county jointly with the urban planning and construction administration department and the real estate administration department, and shall be implemented after being approved by the land administration department according to the approval authority stipulated by the State Council.
Twelfth land use rights transfer the maximum number of years according to the following purposes:
(a) residential land for seventy years;
(two) fifty years of industrial land;
(three) fifty years of land for education, science and technology, culture, health and sports;
(four) forty years of commercial, tourism and entertainment land;
(five) comprehensive or other land for fifty years.
Thirteenth land use rights transfer can take the following ways:
(1) protocol;
(2) bidding;
(3) auction.
The specific procedures and steps for transferring the land use right in the manner specified in the preceding paragraph shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
