Measures for the administration of rural tourism

Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of rural tourism, standardize rural tourism services, improve the quality of rural tourism services, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators, and promote the healthy and orderly development of tourism, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and in combination with the actual situation of our state.

Article 2 Rural tourism refers to a tourism activity that attracts tourists for leisure, entertainment, sightseeing, experience, catering and accommodation by combining rural and rural tourism resources with local customs, scenery, customs and scenery related to farming and farmhouse music. Rural tourist attractions refer to tourist spots that can provide space for rural tourism activities and have corresponding tourism service functions, organizations and tourism service facilities.

Article 3 The system of "unified leadership, unified planning and hierarchical management" shall be implemented in rural tourism. The state tourism administration department is responsible for the overall planning and industry management of rural tourism in Quanzhou. County-level tourism administrative departments are responsible for the detailed planning and daily industry management of rural tourism within their respective administrative areas. Other functional departments do a good job in management according to their respective responsibilities. State, county and city respectively set up rural tourism service quality rating committees, which are responsible for the evaluation, evaluation and review of rural tourism service quality rating.

Article 4 Citizens, legal persons and other organizations engaged in rural tourism development, rural tourism management, rural tourism management and rural tourism activities within the administrative area of this State shall abide by these Provisions.
