In order to enhance the tourist experience and comfort and achieve the goals of safety, order and quality of scenic tourism, in accordance with the "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China", "Specifications for Peak Hours in Scenic Areas" and other relevant It stipulates that our committee will promote online ticket booking, implement total volume control and time-based flow restrictions during the National Day Golden Week in 2019, and encourage off-peak travel and healthy travel. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Implementation of online ticket booking

(1) Time. Trial operation from September 25th to 30th, 2019. Starting from October 1, 2019, online ticket booking will be officially implemented.

(2) Method. Tourists can make reservations in advance through the Emeishan Shitu Tourism Network official website and WeChat platform, scenic spot scan code purchase, Ctrip, Lvmama, Meituan, Qunar, Tongcheng, Tuniu and other online platforms.

(3) Discounts. From September 25, 2019 to December 31, 2019, tourists who book tickets at half price or above online can enjoy a one-time discount of 5 yuan per person.

(4) Special groups. The policy clearly stipulates that special groups such as heroes, model workers, active military personnel, and disabled people who enjoy special preferential treatment can go to the comprehensive service window of the scenic spot to apply for special tickets.

2. During the National Day Golden Week in 2019, total volume control and time-based flow restrictions will be implemented

(1) Total volume control. The single-day tourist limit for the scenic spot is 31,500. After the total number of daily tourists reaches the control limit, the sales of scenic spot tickets will be stopped.

(2) Time-sharing and current limit. The single-day passenger limit for Shangxing Leidongping sightseeing buses is 20,000, including 10,000 from 5:00 to 8:00, 5,000 from 8:00 to 10:00, and 5,000 from 10:00 to 16:00. Tourists who have booked sightseeing tickets to Leidongping should take the bus to visit the Jinding Scenic Area according to the reserved time. Tourists who have not booked sightseeing tickets to Leidongping can visit mid- to low-mountain scenic spots such as Wannian Temple, Qingyin Pavilion, Ecological Monkey Area, Baoguo Temple, and Fuhu Temple.

The traffic restrictions in the Lingyun Mountain area are divided into total control and time-sharing tour. In terms of total volume control, the total number of tourists in the Lingyun Mountain area is limited to 22,400 people per day. Once the total number reaches the control limit, the sale of scenic spot tickets will be stopped. In terms of time-sharing tours, tours are limited to 11,200 people from 7:30 to 12:30 a.m. and 11,200 people are allowed to tour from 12:30 to 18:30 every day.
