You need to apply for a visitor visa.

The general process of visa going abroad is: determining the visa category → preparing the required application materials → submitting the visa application materials to the foreign consulate in China → waiting → collecting the visa at the consulate.

The key is to prepare the required application materials, but different countries and different visa types vary greatly.

Let's take China citizens applying for tourist visas in Singapore as an example:

There is no specific requirement for the amount of bank deposit certificate, but the date of bank issuance must be within 2 weeks from the date of visa application submission. This certificate should truly reflect your financial ability.

Applicants for tourist visas must submit their applications in person at the consulate, except in the following circumstances:

If the applicant is under the age of 16, his parents can handle it on his behalf, but they need to show their birth certificate or household registration book and their parents' ID card (original and photocopy) to prove their relationship;

If the applicant has retired, he can entrust others to handle it, but he must provide the original and photocopy of his retirement certificate and the power of attorney (indicating the client's name and ID number). The client must bring the original ID card and submit a copy;

The guarantor (who must be at least 2 1 year old) must fill in the form V39A (letter of introduction) correctly and clearly indicate his pink/blue Singapore identity card number, address and telephone number.

Singapore's guarantor in China must personally submit the form to the consulate, and provide one original and one copy of the completed V39A form, as well as the personal data page of Singapore's identity card or passport.

Applicants can also apply for visas through recognized travel agencies. (Please refer to submitting a visa application)

Not all tourist visa applicants need to pay a deposit. Only applicants who have received the notice from the Consulate General of Singapore need to pay the deposit. When making a request, the Consulate General will also inform you of the delivery and refund methods of the deposit.

Important precautions

Incomplete forms, non-standard materials or non-compliance with requirements may lead to visa refusal or delay in acceptance.

Whether the visa application is approved and the validity period of the approval shall be decided by the visa officer according to the applicant's personal situation.

Applicants should purchase air tickets after their visas are approved. The museum is not responsible for the economic losses caused by the failure to obtain a visa due to the purchase of air tickets in advance.

The date of issuance of a visa is generally the date of application for a visa. Once a visa is issued, its validity period will not change. Applicants should not submit application materials too early. If the visa has expired, the applicant must resubmit the application materials. Applicants should carefully check the date of issuance and validity of the visa when receiving it. Applicants are advised to submit their applications one to two weeks before going abroad.

Visa holders are not necessarily allowed to enter Singapore. Visa holders must meet the entry requirements, such as a valid passport, sufficient funds and round-trip air tickets. Singapore immigration and customs officials have the right to decide whether they can enter the country.

Officials of Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority decide the number of days for visa holders to stay when they enter the country. Applicants should pay attention to the entry stamp of the passport and the approved stay period.
