After Party B terminates the Contract, it shall be handled in one of the following ways:

If Party B fails to notify Party A at the agreed time, Party B shall compensate Party A according to Article 9 of the Contract.

Article 8 If Party A withdraws from the tour group, it may notify Party B to terminate this contract before the tour begins, but it shall bear the necessary expenses paid by Party B for this tour and pay the liquidated damages according to the following standards:

Article 12 Obligations of Party B Party B shall perform the following obligations:
