3. Recruitment methods and procedures

The recruitment of staff from public institutions will be organized according to procedures such as registration, written examination, trial lecture, practice, physical examination, inspection, publicity, and employment approval. implementation.

(1) Registration

3. Registration procedures and qualification review:

(1) This examination only accepts on-site registration, and does not accept telephone registration, online registration and entrusted registration. Applicants can only choose to apply for one position in this recruitment. Candidates should fill out the "2011 Open Recruitment Xiushan Vocational Education Center Teacher Registration Form" and provide their graduation (degree) certificate, ID card, household register, and the original and copy of the vocational skill level certificate required for the recruitment position. Those who pass the qualification review must submit three recent 1-inch bareheaded photos (black and white or color) with the same background, and pay an examination fee of RMB 50 as required. (2) Examination

The examination is divided into public subject written examination, professional subject test and interview.

1. Written test for public subjects

Test content: "Knowledge of Education and Psychology", worth 100 points, and is conducted in a closed-book format.

According to the "Trial Measures for the Selection and Commendation of China Chongqing Young Talent Forum" (Yu Committee Group [2008] No. 25), the winners of the "China Chongqing Young Talent Forum" Outstanding Paper Award will have their written examination scores added 10 points, the winner of the Outstanding Paper Nomination Award will add 5 points to the written test score, and the winner of the Excellent Paper Nomination Award will add 2 points to the written test score.

2. Professional subject test

Professional subject test is based on trial lectures way.

(4) The passing score for the trial lecture is 60 points.

3. Interview

The interview will be conducted in a practical way.

(1) Based on the sum of the total scores of the public subjects and the scores of the trial lectures, the interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of positions to be recruited in descending order. If the interview ratio does not reach 1:2, candidates must have a score of 60 or above in each subject before they can enter the interview.

If there is a tie in the scores of the last candidates interviewed, they will enter the interview in a tie.

(2) The practical test mainly examines the candidates’ professional skills, with a full score of 100 points. On the day after the practical exam is completed, the practical results, total scores and the list of candidates for the physical examination will be announced to the candidates.

(3) Implement the passing score line of 60 points. The implementation method, time and location will be notified later.

(4) Those who are confirmed to have voluntarily given up the interview will be disqualified from the interview, and their vacancies will be filled in order from high to low based on the sum of the candidate's total official test score and trial lecture score for the position.

4. Calculation method of total exam score

Total exam score = total public *** subject score × 30% + trial lecture score × 30% + practical score × 40%.

(3) Physical Examination

The candidates for the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers according to the number of positions to be recruited and based on the total test scores from high scores to low scores. If there is a tie for the last place in the physical examination, the practical scores will be determined from high to low. If the practical scores are still the same, the candidates who will enter the physical examination will be determined in order of the trial lecture scores. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xiushan Autonomous County. The physical examination standards refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Personnel (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1) and "Notice of the Physical Examination Operation Manual for Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2007] No. 25 ) and the requirements of the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial) and the Manual of Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 19), and shall be implemented in conjunction with the actual requirements of the industry or position. .

Physical examinations are conducted in comprehensive medical and health institutions above the county level. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the examinee. If the recruiting unit and the examinee have objections to the conclusion of the physical examination, they can submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the conclusion of the physical examination. After approval by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xiushan Autonomous County, a one-time re-examination will be conducted at the designated hospital. (4) Inspection

(5) Publicity

(6) Employment and remuneration

Recruitment of personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Trial Personnel Recruitment System of Public Institutions in Chongqing" (Yu Fu Fa [2003] No. 37) and the former Chongqing Municipal Personnel Bureau's "Notice on Forwarding the "Public Institution Employment Contract (Template)"" (Yu Fu Fa [2003] No. 37) [2006] No. 68), sign the "Public Institution Employment Contract", establish personnel relations, improve employment procedures, and relevant benefits shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations of Chongqing Municipality.

Employed personnel are subject to a probationary period in accordance with regulations, and the probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract.
