The Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports is an administrative unit.

The responsibilities of this unit are as follows:

1. To implement national, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and policies on culture, sports and art, radio and television, cultural relics and tourism; to draft relevant Local laws, regulations and policies, formulate industry development plans for culture, sports and tourism, and organize their implementation after approval.

2. Responsible for the industry management of culture, sports and art, radio and television, cultural relics and tourism; coordinate and guide the development of cultural industries.

3. Responsible for the supervision of major cultural activities in the city and institutions engaged in cultural business projects and performing arts activities; responsible for the supervision of audio-visual programs broadcast by radio and television, information networks, and public audio-visual carriers in accordance with the authority; Supervisory responsibilities of organizations engaged in the production of radio and television programs.

4. Responsible for cultural relics management, cultural relics protection and intangible cultural heritage protection.

5. Responsible for promoting the national fitness plan, organizing, guiding and supervising sports competitions.

6. Responsible for the supervision of maintaining the order of the tourism market and service quality, organizing and guiding tourism publicity and promotion work, and being responsible for the comprehensive coordination of tourism safety.

7. Supervise, inspect, guide and coordinate administrative law enforcement in the cultural, sports and tourism markets.

8. Organize and carry out external exchanges and cooperation in the culture, sports, and tourism industries.

9. Undertake other matters assigned by the municipal government and superior departments.
