According to the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control and the work requirements of higher authorities, under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, it is decided that public cultural places such as libraries, cultural centers, city study rooms and grassroots comprehensive cultural service centers will be reopened in an orderly manner from February 8. Public cultural places at all levels should strictly implement such measures as appointment registration, wearing masks, "one-meter line", temperature measurement, showing health codes and boarding codes, and real-name registration in accordance with the requirements of the Guide to Prevention and Control Measures for Public Libraries and Cultural Centers of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Measures should be taken to limit the flow of people, control the total number of people entering the venue, and dynamically regulate and control. It is necessary to strengthen the health examination and management of employees, do a good job in the prevention and control of venue disinfection, strengthen the management and service of personnel entering and leaving the venue, and do a good job in handling abnormal situations.
