What is the process of applying for a Canadian visa by mail?
The process of submitting a Canadian visa application by mail is as follows:
Step one:
Check the information about visiting visa, study permit or work permit on the website of Canada Visa Center, and download the appropriate application form and list according to your travel purpose. For information about visas and required materials, please refer to "Canada Visa Requirements".
Step two:
Fill in and print the electronic application form and other related documents. We strongly recommend printing the application form with a laser printer and using white, good quality and smooth paper.
Step 3:
Mandatory requirements: Read the privacy policy and fill in the service agreement before submitting the visa application. If you submit documents in the visa application center, but you don't submit the completed and signed service agreement, we will not be able to provide you with services, and you must return your application documents to you. In addition, if you choose to apply for a visa online, please provide a valid email address when mailing your passport and related documents.
Step 4:
Understand the fees paid according to CIC charging standard on CIC website.

Step five:
Please pay the visa center service fee and other optional service fees according to the Canadian visa fee description on the website.
Important note:
If you receive your email application, but the service fee paid to CVAC is incorrect, the Canadian Visa Application Center will not accept your application and your application will be returned. In addition, please don't remit money by other means than online bank transfer or bank counter deposit.

1, tourism/family visit/business category: 100 Canadian dollars (RMB 500 yuan.
2. Transit visa: free (stay in Canada for no more than 48 hours.
3. Student visa category: 150 Canadian dollars (RMB 750 yuan).
4. Work visa fee (individual: 155 Canadian dollars (RMB 775).
5. Work visa fee (art group: 465 Canadian dollars (2325 yuan).
6. Travel document for permanent residents: 50 Canadian dollars (RMB 250 yuan).
7. Temporary resident franchise fee: 200 Canadian dollars (RMB 1000).

When submitting an application to CVAC, the service fee can be paid in cash or online. When submitting an application by mail, please pay according to the payment guide for mailing the application.

Prepare visa application materials according to the list.
Step 7:
Fill in and sign the mailing application list, and make sure to mail it to the Canadian visa application center together with your application.
Step 8:
Put the completed and signed application form, list and service agreement, together with your passport, two photos and all necessary application materials, as well as proof of payment of visa fee, service fee and courier return fee (see the fee description in step 4 for details) in a sealed envelope and mail it to the Canadian visa application center at the following address. Step 9:
Please check the mailing status with the courier company that you choose to mail your visa application.
Step 10:
The visa center will send you an application acceptance email within two working days after receiving your email application and inform you of your application inquiry number.
Step 11:
After the Canadian visa officer has processed your application, the application materials will be mailed back.
Precautions:
(1 The visa center uses EMS when replying to the materials.
(2) If the visa fee is not paid according to the visa fee description, CVAC will not be able to process your application. CVAC will contact you to inform you of the difference in fees and suspend the processing of your application until the complete and correct fees are received. In order to avoid any delay, you should pay the fee and submit the application according to the requirements in the visa fee statement and CVAC service fee statement.
(3) If you can't submit the information according to the requirements of CVAC notice, the visa center will return your application to you by courier, and the courier fee will be borne by you.
