How to get a visa from Luoyang to Japan?

1. recruitment reason letter (original and two copies) (equivalent to invitation letter)

2. Staging schedule (two originals and photocopies) (equivalent to travel itinerary) Note: Please be as detailed as possible.

3. Text letter of guarantee (two originals and photocopies) (equivalent to one letter of guarantee) Note: For business purposes, the text letter of guarantee can be omitted when the inviter is the director of the provincial department of the Japanese central government or a university professor or above.

4. The original "Legal Person Registration Certificate" of the registered legal entity (within 3 months after issuance) (it is not required to be submitted when invited by the state or local government).

Note: If it is a company listed on the Japanese stock market, it can be replaced by a copy of the company's part in the latest edition of the club quarterly report.
