Kongtong Island Tourist Area is a famous leisure resort in Yantai.

Kongtong Island, located 9.5 kilometers northeast of Zhifu District, Yantai City, is the largest island in Yantai City, with a main island area of 0.84 square kilometers. Surrounded by water on all sides, it is beyond worldly customs, just like a paradise. The north of the island is mostly steep rocks, and the south has a gentle slope, with a crescent-shaped natural bathing beach. There are more than a dozen islands around the island, mainly including Toudao, Erdao, Mishima and Mashima.
