The third plan is to charter a tour of two sacred lakes in Tibet: Yang Zhuo Yongcuo and Namtso (overnight, advantages: there is no turning back.

On the third day, I visited the city. Three major temples in Lhasa: Sera Temple (see Debate Sutra, drepung monastery and Gandan Temple; There is also Norbulingka (Tibetan garden, Ji Zha Temple (the only God of Wealth Temple in Lhasa is a popular place; Another plan is to spend half a day in Yongcuo, Yang Zhuo in the morning, and return to Lhasa in the afternoon to start the city tour. On the last day, you can step on some delicious food in Tianhai Night Market, such as sweet tea, yak yogurt, Tibetan food, Nepalese food and northwest barbecue.

4 days

We can leave Lhasa to visit Zhou Bianyou in four days.

Option 1: Four-day pilgrimage to Mount Everest

Day 1: Lhasa-Shigatse (Yanghu, Karola Glacier Group (living in Shigatse)

The next day: Shigatse-Everest-Xieger-Everest Base Camp and Everest Nature Reserve (on foot or by car (living in the base camp).

Day 3: Everest Base Camp-Shigatse, Panchen Lingta and Tashilhunpo Temple (staying in Shigatse)

Day 4: Shigatse-Lhasa (Yarlung Zangbo River Scenery-Line 3 18)

Main attractions: Yanghu Lake (Yang Zhuo Yongcuo, Karola Glacier (red river valley's shooting place, Everest Base Camp, Tashilhunpo Temple (one of the four monasteries of Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism, the largest temple in Shigatse).

Day 1: Depart from Lhasa in the morning, cross the 4,600-meter Gambala Pass, arrive at Yang Zhuo Yongcuo (also known as Yanghu Lake), one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, and then go to Shigatse via the Karola Glacier and the anti-British site Shan Zong Castle.

The next day: The most important thing is the Everest Base Camp. After entering the Everest Nature Reserve, we walked all the way around the mountain road, passed several observation platforms and arrived at the base camp that everyone had seen in the photo. There are a row of inns on each side, all Tibetan shops, and they live here at night.

Get on the eco-car, go to the Everest Monument at an altitude of 5,200 meters, and watch Mount Everest at close range. After you come back, send a postcard to the post office, go to the Rongbu Temple and wait for the sunrise at night. Although the accommodation is limited, many tourists find it interesting. Some will sit together and chat at night, and some will take their cameras out to shoot stars. This kind of life experience is rare.

Day 3: Get up early in the morning to watch the sunrise, and then go to Tashilhunpo Temple. Every July, during the Buddha Exhibition Festival, many Tibetans gather there, which is very lively.

Day 4: I just saw the beautiful scenery on my way back to Lhasa. This route includes tickets, meals, accommodation and border cards. Don't worry about the whole journey, just look at the scenery.

Option 2: 3-day tour of Linzhi in southern Tibet (plus city 1 day/Yanghu 1 day/Pumoyongcuo 1 day-going in winter).

Day 1: Lhasa-Milla Pass-Pillar-Lulang Linhai-Zhaxigang Village.

The next day: Lulang Huahai Ranch-Sejila Mountain-Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon-Linzhi

Day 3: Linzhi City-the first village of Tibetan folk customs (Millennium Walnut Garden-Basongcuo-Lhasa (farewell party)

Main attractions: Milla Mountain Pass, Lulang Linhai/Huahai, Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon and Basongcuo.

If you are new to Tibet, we suggest going to Linzhi, which is only 3 100 meters above sea level, to get used to it. Linzhi is known as the "Little Southern Tibet", especially the Peach Blossom Festival in March-April every year, which attracts domestic and foreign tourists to watch the lush peach forest.

Option 3: Linzhi+Shannan 4-day tour

Day 1: Lhasa-Milla Pass-Basongcuo-Bayi Town

The next day: Bayi Town-Lulang (two observation platforms-Shenshan Scenic Area today-Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon-Suosong Village)

Day 3: Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon-Ramlaco-Gacha

Day 4: Jiacha-Dagu Canyon-Yang Zhuo Yongcuo-Lhasa

Main attractions: Milla Mountain Pass, Basongcuo, Lulang Linhai, Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, Lamla Cuo, Dagu Canyon, Yongbulakang and Yang Zhuo Yongcuo.

Besides Linzhi, Shannan is also a very interesting place. For example, in Ramacuo, every time I visit the reincarnation of the living Buddha such as the Dalai Lama and the Panchen Lama, I have to visit the lake to tell my fortune.

It is said that people who worship this lake can also see supernatural past lives and afterlife from the images of the lake, which is a treasure mirror for countless good men and women to explore their own destiny. The Grand Canyon and Yang Zhuo Yongcuo are famous scenic spots in Shannan region. Walnuts in Shannan are also famous.

5 days

Five days is just enough time to visit the western ring road in Tibet. Ways: Yanghu, Tashilhunpo Temple, Mount Qomolangma and Namtso, covering three scenic spots in western Tibet, are worthy of being a classic route. Visitors who come to Tibet for the first time can choose this route to play, and business car groups are more comfortable to play. The specific itinerary is as follows:

Day 1: Lhasa-Yanghu Lake-Karola Glacier-Raman Reservoir-Shan Zong Castle in Gyangze-Tashilhunpo Temple.

The next day: Xigaze-Jiawula Mountain Pass-Baiba-Rongbu Temple-Everest Base Camp

Day 3: Everest Base Camp-Baiba-Rush-Xigaze

Day 4: Shigatse-Namtso

Day 5: Namtso-Lhasa

Compared with the four-day tour of Mount Everest, this time there are more Namtso and scenery along the way. Namtso is one of the three sacred lakes in Tibet, and it is also the saltwater lake with the highest altitude. It is considered as a place to whisper to God. During the Tibetan Year of the Sheep, pilgrims will travel thousands of miles to attend the Great Lakes Festival in Namtso.

6 days

The longer the time, the more choices. The 6-day itinerary can be changed. I recommend the following for you:

1. Lhasa+Shigatse+Namtso+Yang Zhuo Yongcuo+Six-day tour of Everest Base Camp (Tibet West Ring Road+Lhasa City)

Day 1: One-day tour of Lhasa (Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Bajiao Street)

The next day: Lhasa, Yang Zhuo Yongcuo, Karola Glacier, Shigatse.

Day 3: Shigatse and Everest Base Camp

Day 4: Everest Base Camp, Rongbu Temple, Shigatse

Day 5: Shigatse and Namtso

Day 6: Namtso, Lhasa

Bian Xiao took this road when he first came to Tibet. If you charter a car, the whole trip will not be very urgent. You can spend a day in Lhasa to get used to the high altitude, and then the altitude of your trip will gradually increase every day, so as not to affect your beautiful trip because of the high altitude.

2. Six-day tour around Linzhi, Shannan and Shigatse

Day 1: Lhasa, Milla Pass, Kadinggou, Bayi.

The next day: August 1 Sunday, Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, Sedila Mountain View Lulang Linhai, Langxian or Jiacha.

The third day: Langxian or Jiacha, Ramacuo, Dagu Canyon, Zedang.

Day 4: Zedang, Lagarie Palace Site, Yongbulakang, Yang Zhuo Yongcuo, Karola Glacier and Shigatse.

Day 5: Xigaze and Tashilhunpo Monastery in Lhasa

Day 6: One-day tour in Lhasa (Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Bajiao Street)

This is a small ring road in southern Tibet, which goes deep into Xigaze, an important place in Tibet. In Shigatse, there is a building similar to the Potala Palace called Sanzhu Zizongbao. Many people in Shigatse call it Little Potala Palace, which was built in 1360 and has a history of more than 600 years.

7-8 days

Then, we will not hesitate to recommend Ali's itinerary for you:

Ari South Line: In fact, you can also visit Ari South Line for 7 days, that is, take the train from Shigatse to Lhasa on the evening of the seventh day. If you charter a car, you can adjust the itinerary to 7 days (of course, we still recommend 8 days. After all, traveling is something to enjoy slowly.

Tips:

Train frequency from Shigatse to Lhasa:

Z8804:12: 05-14: 40,40.5 has no seats;

Z8802:18: 40-21:33, hard seat 40.5.

9- 13 days

In addition to the southern line of Ali, I recommend a deep tour of southern Tibet for you. The whole route covers most scenic spots in southern Tibet, especially Bomi and Medog. The itinerary is as follows:

Day 1: Lhasa Tour: Potala Palace-Jokhang Temple-Zaki Temple-Norbulingka.

The next day: Lhasa -3 18 Line-Gandan Temple-Milla Pass-Basongcuo

Day 3: Basongcuo-Sejila Mountain-Lulang Linhai-Bomi

Day 4: Bomi-Midui Glacier-Ranwu Lake-Bomi

Day 5: Bomi-Gawa Tunnel-Guxiang Lake-Laohuzui Waterfall-Medog County

Day 6: Medog-Primitive Forest-Bomi

Day 7: Bomi-Tongmai Natural Danger-Lulang Linhai-Benzi Shenshan-Grand Canyon

Day 8: Grand Canyon-Milin County-Ramlaco-Gacha

Day 9: Jiacha-Dagu Canyon-Yongbulakang-Shannan-Changzhu Temple-Zedang Town

Day 10: Shannan-Sanye Temple-Yanghu-Lhasa

There are too many scenery along the way. After experiencing the history, religion and culture of Lhasa on the first day, I began to appreciate the beautiful scenery of Linzhi on the second day. Then, the glacier lake in Bomi, the virgin forest in Medog, the famous natural barrier of Tongmai, the Ramlaco in previous lives and the Yongbulakang in Shannan slowly reveal the uniqueness and mystery of Tibet for you.

And the Ali North Line in no man's land! Ali is high above sea level, and tourists who have been to Tibet several times will choose this adventure trip. The journey of Ali North Line is generally 12- 13 days, of which 2-3 days are in no man's land, which is also the most beautiful place.

If your holiday in Tibet exceeds 13 days.

Then, it takes 15 days for Ali+Shuanghu Lake Line. Shuanghu no man's land is also called Hoh Xil no man's land in northern Tibet, with an average elevation of 5000 meters. Apart from mountains, lakes, grasslands and wildlife, it is almost deserted here.

However, the natural scenery in Shuanghu no man's land is beautiful, the color contrast between the blue sky and the earth is strong, the air transparency is high and there is no pollution, so everything looks very clear. The beauty here is primitive and natural, and it will exceed many people's previous aesthetic experience. At first glance, you can't tell whether you are excited or amazed.

Shuanghu no man's land can be said to be a huge natural wildlife park, where you can often see herds of wild horses and antelopes, as well as deer, Tibetan wild donkeys, wild yaks and even wolves and bears and other wild animals. Beautiful scenery and lovely animals are combined to form an amazing picture.
